Jackie McMahon is a writer of erotic fantasy fiction stories. She is a stay at home mom who lives in Queens, New York with her handsome husband and three beautiful and crazy kids. When Jackie is off from mommy duty, she spends every free chance she can get reading books of her favorite erotic authors. After sometime, she embarked into writing which found a way to put her over active imagination to work. She may look young and innocent but is far from that when it comes to writing.
Victoria Remmy has an interesting job as a conspiracy reporter. When she looks into a conspiracy that we are not alone in the universe Victoria her ex, Ethan are on the hunt for the truth. Intriguing read.

This is a very short suggestion of a tale, which asks the reader to suspend belief and consider what is beyond our knowledge. There is little opportunity for character development, but what there is, is effective, It is over before it begins, but has promise. I would love to see this developed into a full story.
For a short read, it was quit interesting. Conspiracy Theory makes you wonder about life. Life outside this world. Being vast, anything is possible and makes you wonder. At first, I wasn't sure where this story was going to lead. I give it more of 3.5 stars. Perhaps if I could have read more I would give it a higher rating. If you are looking for a quick read, give this story a try.
Conspiracy Theory is a thought-provoking whirlwind in such a short story!!! This is one of the quickest reads I've found that has the detailed content of a full-length novel.
Victoria Remmy is a conspiracy theorist who strives to disprove any and all government motive whilst finding a hidden agenda behind it all. Aliens, Area 51; you name it, she's investigated it.
Not only does she love her job, she secretly still loves her ex, Ethan. The dreams of him are surreal, her thoughts stray into their past love life, and she is torn between their past and her current desires.
But then the emails start coming. Who is sending them? How do they know of the information contained within? Victoria and Ethan are forced to make a decision, find the source or let it go?
This is a great read but I think that it would have greatly benefitted from more organization. The story is scattered and sort of difficult to follow if you let your mind wander at all. Also, I am a grammar nerd so the grammatical errors were a bit of a distraction for me.

I received a free copy of this book to read and review for Wicked Reads.
This was a quick, interesting read. It was apparent the author was familiar with many conspiracy theories roaming the internet and she did a great job of adding them into a novella. The storyline was unique and had draw to it. I would be interested in seeing a more in depth look at the characters though, as there was not much background to go on in the novella.
There was however, much detail within the part focusing on the conspiracy theory and I think more on that would give the story a greater depth as well. A whole book could be created from this idea and I would love to read it. The only hangup I had was the sex dream right at the beginning. Though it was interesting, it seemed to be thrown in and not part of the actual story.
I just finished Conspiracy Theory and I liked it. What starts out as an ordinary day for Victoria normally working on her conspiracy blog turns into chaos as she learns that a particular conspiracy is real. With Ethan her ex by her side will she be able to stop the Apocalypse? You will have to read and see.
Wow. This story makes you think. I wanted to look over my shoulder it had me thinking! I was hooked from the get go and I didn't want to put it down. Ethan is sexy and all he wants is her. Victoria is scared and has been pushing Ethan away. She finally stops and I'm glad she did because she is going to need him.
This is a very quick read, 20-25 pages but it packed a punch and has me wanting more!
Being a conspiracy reporter, Victoria will discover more than she ever expected to find. Add in the sexy ex, Ethan and between the two, they discover more than they could have ever dreamed of. Ms. McMahon is an author to follow and stalk. Her writing style will pull you in and leaving you begging for more. I received a copy from the author for an honest review.
