Rate this book
Crystals divides the most significant crystals into color bands and explores the meaning of each color ray alongside the meaning of the stones. Each crystal is printed on a black background and in 5 colors in order to capture their luminescent brilliance. As well as exploring color healing this book can be used as a stunning crystal identifier, describing the color, shape, source and rarity of 120 examples. The full spectrum of crystal information is covered, including expert guidance, and insight into the history of crystals, crystal placements, the use of crystals in your life and the importance of crystals to children. Crystals also features a magnificent gallery of all the stones in miniature, illustrating the full spectrum of those extraordinary hued works of nature.

Better than the The Crystal Bible: A Definitive Guide to Crystals by Judy Hall. The layout, pictures, and information are accessible and aesthetic. I looked at quite a few crystal reference books before I bought this one. I love it. It only covers about 120 crystals, so you'll want Healing Crystals: A-Z to 430 Gemstones to go with it or something similar. This book is arranged by color, which I personally like. It means if I'm holding a purple rock that I can't name, I know right where to look in the book for some ideas.

I can't help it, I love this book. No, I don't buy into the healing power of crystals. But for some reason I really like the idea that certain stones mean certain things. It comforts me having them around, seeing the colors and textures. This book doesn't go into overwhelming detail--just enough to give me good info on the major players. It's been fun to read.

This was a pretty good crystal book. I just wish that more crystals would have been in it. I loved that it was color coordinated, and I loved the layout. It was easy to obtain information from each crystal being spoken about, so I was able to take quick easy notes on all of them. It was quite informative, and I would recommend it to anyone who is new to crystals, BUT there is of course mentions of chakras in this, so if you wanted information on chakras and crystals, please read books from hindu, Buddhist, and Jainist authors.

This is a book I refer to quite often. It is cleverly designed to not only attract via the book cover, but to find what you are seeking, & gather a lot of information within a short space (1 to 2 pages per stone). Not everyone can remember the scientific name & so the index section becomes obsolete to us. This book has a tab on the edge of each page that is colour coded by stones. I also love the combination of science & the healing properties of the stone, as well as a photo of the stone in its raw state & polished. Fantastic book, the best in my collection of gemstones for both my interests, jewelry & healing/energy work.

This book is great for beginners learning about crystals such as myself! It briefly covers crystal structures, history, healing layouts, and remedies, and of course gives insight and information about loads of different crystals and how you can use them in not only crystal healing layouts, but in your personal life too!

The world of crystals is truly wonderful, but as a beginner, you might feel overwhelmed by the variety and not even know where to start exploring—let alone working with them.

The Healing Crystal Set is perfect for both beginner and not-so-beginner crystal collectors. It comes with seven master crystals, so you can dive right into chakra healing, while also expanding your collection with stunning new pieces. ✨

The small book included with the set provides all the information you need about these crystals. Not only does it explain what these stones are and how to recognize them, but it also offers deeper insights into their physical and spiritual properties.

But the real highlight is the practical instructions. They’re simple, accessible to everyone, and you’ll have all the crystals you need to try them out right away.

Need tips on crystal layouts? Want to make crystal-infused waters or elixirs? Use crystals in your bath, or perhaps around your home? 🔮📿🌿

This small book provides practical solutions for all these uses. I’m definitely planning to try them all, as they’re really quite simple.

It even suggests alternative crystals for chakra healing. So if you want to expand your crystal collection, you can easily choose the ones you’ll need for these practices.

This book basically describes crystals, how they work, how the different colors affect you, and how you can use them to your advantage! It also talks about light and how light and colors effect our lives. My favorite part of this book is that it gave descriptions of each of the crystal's healing powers. It was really interesting; learning about how crystals actually work. There was not a single thing that I disliked about this book. This is a great book to reference to if you are interested in crystal healing!

Beautiful pictures. The arrangement of crystals by color ray makes sense if looking for certain properties but with only one (small) page dedicated to each I found myself wanting even more information. Additionally, some of the crystals that are even more mainstream now were not included. I guess I'm searching for the other of all reference books and this wasn't it. Still a worthy resource though. And I constantly go back to it, so I decided to finally mark it as read.

I wanted to read this book to help understand what different crystals mean and how they can help you as I am new to all of it and currently font have any crystals yet. I wanted to read something to see what I think may help me or are good in general to have in your home. This book helped me understand some and it had a good layout and flow.

This has probably been one of the best crystal books with information I’ve read so far . It has so much valuable information from the crystal formation, the hardness scale, and so much more. It’s color coordinated so fairly easy to find the crystals and has history and other information . Truly recommend this book.

Seems pretty limited in their meanings and attributed uses. Very brief overviews. I read only the Physical\Emotional and Personal uses. There is a mostly geographical history and how a crystal or metal has been formed for its use blurb, but that didn't provide much magical insight.

Good reference book, which it wasn’t so indulgent of Atlantis/Lemuria myths though.
