بیشتر اطلاعات کتاب، مسائلی بدیهی بود درباره لزوم احترام به مشتری و جلب اعتماد بلند مدت او. درباره تکنیک فروش و روش مجاب کردن مشتری برای خرید، هیچ نکته به درد بخوری در بر نداشت.
