This was definitely not as good as the movie, but could be an excellent lead up to a second film. It's a decent, short read.

This is not as original as it should be for a comic book that has free reign to do what it pleases with the characters from the criminally ignored movie.

Unfortunately this comic plays like a full on carbon copy of the movie. There's a new drug in an inhaler, a new female drug lord, and a new den to raid with bad guys to kill. That's it.

It's not all for nothing though, there's some nice artwork here and it's definitely faithful to the reboot movie universe, just don't expect anything original or any expansion on the characters from the films.

Shorter than I expected. Felt a bit rushed but good art and convincing, crusty atmosphere sucked me in. Reads like a deleted scene or a screenplay of alternate version of the movie rather than a sequel or anything properly new. But I enjoyed it and felt it was good value for £1.99 (digital download). Recommended if you yearn for a little more of the Dredd movie universe.

The comic book sequel to 2012's Dredd. Great art work, and a simple story about the new drug in town, and it's secret ingredient. Dredd and Anderson team up again to bring justice back to Mega City 1.

Decent mini sequel to the movie, leaving enough open for a 'proper' sequel in the cinema. Great artwork.
