I enjoyed the first two books in the series but I LOVED this one!! I fell for Rand instantly in Rock Notes and was excited that this would be his POV and it was an added bonus that it was to continue their story and not repeating it. Those are good too but this is the first time I read where it continued it. I was hooked and finished in less than a day.

Right from the start there is life changing news and Rand also gets the call that he will be on tour for 3 months. With his Solo Album. Of course there will be obstacles during this time, mainly the from the Opening Act....she is a piece of work. Rand and Madison know they can get through these months with keeping in touch. She is much better with her insecurities in this book, and that was awesome. There are times where I now wanted to slap Rand and throw my iPad. But I have a love/hate relationship with the emotional roller coaster ride and it was a great one, with twists and turns. You get to see where Rand's music comes from and what is going on in his beautiful mind.

I cried a few times throughout this novel. There are so many life changing situations and fun and sexy times in just one book, it made it easy to get hooked in. They really are an amazing couple and have great bonds with their family including the band. I can't wait to read First Beat, the story of Jillian and Raeford.

Quotes:

"God, I love her so much. I once thought she was out of my league, but I now see that her and I are one in the same but I will always put her on my mental pedestal, she truly has saved me and she is my lifeline."

"Nothing will come between us and I will be home real soon, our best days are yet to come."

"Having her here with me and me pouring my heart out to her the best way I can in song, is one of those incredible moments."

I received an ARC in exchanged for an honest review

**This is a review of all three books combined***

Madison was trying to find herself after her failed marriage. I liked that she decided to persue her dreams of writing. When Madison introduces herself to Max Rand there was an instant connection between the two.

We see the struggle that Madison went through with her insecurities and her confidence when it came to being around Rand and all the beautiful girls that follow rock stars.

I liked Rand. He was sexy, kind and mysterious. A man with a lot of loses in his life however, he chose to enjoy the one thing he loved 'Music' and eventually make Madison 'HIS'.
Overall, I felt that all three books were OK. Each book flowed into the other nicely and the stories eventually developed into a HEA. It was good to see each character grow and learn to trust, love and overcome obstacles.
My fault with this series was that I felt that the story was predictable. At times I was bored. Even when the writer tried to throw in a few curve balls I could still see what was coming. I wanted to be on the edge of my seat, I wanted to feel that emotional connection to the main characters but all I could come up with was the word 'OK'.

I could not end off my review without mentioning the supporting characters. You will like their sense of humours, root for them and also want to find out more about them.
I rated this each book in this series with a 3 star***. I just didn't feel the love in this one. Sorry!

Wow, I am blown away!In this next installment of the heartbeat series Rand and Madison face the new facets of their relationship, friendships are evolving, new friends and things from the past all combine to test their love.Massive suprises in this story, after the ending of love notes I could have screamed lol but definitely made up for it in music notes..... hint - secret musical note- love it, love it, love it!!!!Thought I should mention "The Wall".... in each book the wall is mentioned but until this story I really had no particular reason to focus on it... What began as a tribute to rolling isaac's journey is now more a reflection of how much each band member has changed/grown up. Anyone who cared to look closely would see what is now most important to each and everyone of them... madison included.Rand faces something he never imagined possible... I was angry at first but as it became clearer I had to fist pump for him and the band members. This has heartache, tragedy, friendship, success, new directions..... but most of all love. You can see how much Rand truly loves Madison.....and you will see how much she loves him.All I can say is brave brave maddy! I've deliberately skipped over jillian and cecille in this story bc I know they have their own story to tell......Bless mr rand .... you will understand later I promiseIm sad to say goodbye to Rand and Madison when their journey isnt over but I look forward to the bands stories.... I have my fingers crossed <3Again a beautiful, heart wrenching installment of the heartbeat series xxx

OMG! ** WOW! ** What a really Fantastic read, another hard to put down book by Renee Lee Fisher.

Emotion overload again… this one from Rand’s POV it wasn’t a repeat of the previous book like so many other Authors do, and it was good getting Rand’s perspective rather than Madison’s like we’ve had previously.

This being the Final book in the Series (although I now find out there’s more coming… Yipee) but I suspect it will be more based on the other fabulous characters and that’s a good thing because I loved getting to know all the others and there's going to be some good stories about them so I really look forward to more, but I hope we get more of Rand and Madison’s future too!

Renee writes addicting stuff, there were lots of problems that Rand and Madison had to overcome, insecurity being the main obstacle but they do truly Love each other and get through it, their relationship is very emotional and intense this book was engaging and truly Amazing I smiled, shed a few more tears and a few times my heart was in my mouth at some of the things going on, great ending to Rand and Madison’s Love Story.

Wow, just wow!!! Almost speechless, well almost, lol.
Music notes picks up where Loves Notes ends, but from Rand's POV. You still get snippets here and there from Madison, but it is mostly told from Rand's perspective and what a perspective it is! I thought I wanted and loved him before, ha! Shows what I know. No wonder he's fictional because he truly is too good to be true and yes Madison is his soul mate. You just feel it. They are phenomenal together!
I couldn't put this book down and look forward to more of the series!!!!

Blown Away – Are the two words that come to mind after reading Music Notes. This book has kept me captivated from the first chapter. Just when I thought The Heartbeat Series couldn’t get any better… It did. Renee Lee Fisher has outdone herself and I’m looking forward to reading First Beat; the fourth book of the Heartbeat Series.

Nice

I'm glad to read from his point of view. I don't understand why his drunk hanging on to Meila didn't get posted. Also when he was caught on the elevator by his friend. His response to Neil's doesn't make sense when he is so wrapped up in his wife. It only shows an attraction especially with him giving her come ons. He is the main act all he has to do is put her in her place neither Rand nor Max did this. They can be removed. Every time he got drunk he got into trouble with her. Last time he is roofied. That part that he wouldn't do anything with her didn't make sense when that drug lowers inhibitions. Its why its a rape drug. He allowed her to touch him and be familiar with him instead of telling her off. Just had a hard time with his actions. I do like having his point of view but it was sad to read. So does he quit music? The ending didn't say. Sad if so.

I loved this book couldn't put it down. After coming home from their honeymoon Rand was going back on a solo tour with his band mates who were going to play for him. The opening act is going to be Melia and the Erratics, but Rand soon finds out that Melia who looks so much like Madison is going to be big trouble for him cause she only has eyes for him. After not feeling well Rand takes Madison to the hospital where they both receive surprising news. When Rand comes back home after the tour and almost ruining his marriage he collapses at home and Madison takes him to the hospital were they are told that he might not make it.

Had my heart pounding

Wow....no spoilers so I'm going to be cryptic. Completely had my heart racing. I liked seeing Rand's side of things and seek g him struggle against temptation. I felt the pain of Madison and was rolling through the emotions with her. I'm so glad for the things that happened in the end but still in my heart wish it could have been different.

Book: Music Notes
Stars: 4
Reading this book in Rand’s POV was amazing and I was really happy that it didn’t repeat the couple’s story but it continued on with it. Of course there are some dramatic moments in this book and more frustration with the characters, especially the opening act but you certainly get to find out more about Rand and how his mind works. This book was an emotional roller coaster, but I didn’t expect any less from this author and I love reading a book that I can get emotionally invested in. I cried, I laughed; I definitely wanted to put myself in a few steamy moments during this book.
Through the tour of his solo album, to the problems and obstacles, to Madison finally working out her insecurity problems, I was so hooked on this book. I couldn’t possible put it down. I enjoyed watching all of these characters grow throughout this series and I found that the emotional ride was never overdone but it was perfectly balanced out. I can’t wait to see what is in store for the next book Renee Lee Fisher decides to publish. Madison and Rand stole my heart and it will definitely be hard to top their amazing, magnetic relationship. I would recommend this book to anyone who wants more than an everyday read, and is ready to be taken on a journey with this beautiful couple.

*This is a combined review of the first 3 books in the series*

I loved the thought of this woman finding herself again after a failed marriage and finding love. The main characters and their friends were really entertaining and the story line kept me interested and eager to read more.

Rand and Madison were a really great couple together. Despite misunderstandings and meddling outsiders they had a great relationship. Getting to know each other and building an instant friendship and then developing to more. They kept facing new obstacles and overcoming them which is truly inspiring. I enjoyed following their story. They had an instant chemistry and their creativity and chosen professions complement each other. I found myself emotionally invested in the characters and truly rooting for a favorable outcome.

Each story line was well laid out and all of the books flowed nicely. The story progressed over all 3 books but each had its own story line that did a great job of portraying the characters and their situations. It also did a great job of show they characters growing as not only a couple but also as individuals. I loved this series and look forward to more. Great job and a 4 out of 5 stars for this wonderful series!

Wow I actually plunged on to the last book as I saw this is a short read and from H's pov mainly.

We finally know what is in his head. And we found out how it all really begins. I really like how cute it is that it seems they are meant to be, that both felt a connection and attraction even before seeing each other in person. Same goes for the flowers and likes of both.

Of course we have a few obstacles coming our protagonists' way as usual, and I was gritting my teeth in a few places chanting oh don't oh don't. Good to know they came through in the end, though it seems this couple doesn't really share some things, which seems weird though I guess it is ok seeing as the threats no longer is there and irrelevant.

I really do like seeing these two together as they are really so adorable and loving. I enjoyed the ride all through these 3 books and to me it really seems more like just 1 whole book.

I now look forward to the other couples coming up, though I was actually more interested in Connor's and Tristan's (hopefully his is the final one), hmm guess I already chose my team, though I do hate reading love triangles...

Another fantastic book. I love this series. Getting to know the characters, as if they are my friends and family through each page. Renee writes this book in the point of view of Rand, which is different from the other two, which were in The females point of view. It is refreshing to get the male point of view. Here I do find his love for Madison a bit over the top, it is very endearing. I find it over the top, because no one has ever been head over heels in love with me like that. I know that it exists, just not in my life, ha ha.
I found myself wound right up in their life again, like I hadn't missed a beat. The characters are a big family that would do anything for each other and in this book, they prove just how much they care. Rand leaves for his first solo tour, while Madison stays home. A couple medical scares really draw the family together and will have you tearing up and mailing with joy. There will be anger, pain, love, joy, and sadness, all rolled into one book.
I can't wait to read the next book in the series!!

I enjoyed this book the most out of all three. I especially enjoyed finding out about Connor. That was the turning point for me. I just Felipe the characters were too mushy with their lovey dovey thing going on. I look forward to reading the rest of the series.

I have read this entire series and have to say : this is one of the best rock star romance books there is. I'm just a huge fan of practically all of this author's work. Music Notes does not disappoint, and it helps to tie together the first two books in the series ( Love Notes/Rock Notes). This book injects lots of surprises and keeps the emotions of the reader extremely activated. I felt moments of happiness, moments of anger, and moments of sadness. I was scared to read the third installment for fear that the outcome might not have been the one I was hoping for. Regardless of what you want to happen, if you have read the first two book, I think you will feel a sense of resolve at the end of Music Notes.
