Three shy women and the alpha males who love them . . .
This bundle contains the steamy romance novellas By His Desire, His One Desire, and Only Desire
BY HIS DESIRE:
Keith Logan has something that Sarah Harper wants, and he's going to use it to get what he wants.
Her.
All his life, Keith's money and good looks were enough to charm anyone--except for shy, beautiful Sarah. Back in high school she was the one girl he couldn't have, and the one girl who haunted his dreams. When he sees her again for the first time in ten years, he knows he'll do anything to make her his--even if it's just for one week.
There's only one flaw in his plan. With a woman like Sarah, one week will never be enough.
HIS ONE DESIRE:
The last thing Kali Jones wants is to see Luke Tanner again. Once her high school nemesis, he's now one of Hollywood's hottest stars. Her boss thinks he's looking for a role on her new TV show, but Kali doesn't believe that's his real agenda.
Luke is in New York on a mission: to get closure from the woman who once broke his heart. And if he gets to rattle her cage along the way, that's just a bonus.
But when a game of truth or dare sparks a simmering attraction, everything changes. Now Luke is determined to make Kali admit her desire for him...and she's just as determined to deny it.
In their battle of wills, love is the last thing they expect to find--and the only game both of them can win.
ONLY DESIRE:
Lucy Barnaby is tired of being a good girl . . . especially when her sexy housemate Keenan needles her about her lack of a sex life. When he flaunts his own partying ways once too often, Lucy decides to take action. She auditions at a Waikiki strip club and is shocked when she has the time of her life.
Keenan Diaz is crazy in love with Lucy, but he’ll never tell her. Even if she shared his feelings—and she’s made it pretty clear that she doesn’t—Lucy wasn’t born and bred in Hawaii like him. She belongs on the mainland, and once she gets her graduate degree he’s sure she’ll go back.
Then one night he finds out she’s working at a strip club in Waikiki. When he sees her on stage, he knows he can’t control his desire for her any longer.
Lucy wants Keenan as much as he wants her. But can they give into their passion without giving away their hearts?
Kate Grey believes a good love story should make you sigh and a good love scene should make you squirm...in the best possible way:). Her dream is to find the perfect balance between romantic and sexy, and she's recently teamed up with a writer who shares that goal. Kate Grey and Kim Case have released their first novella together, WITNESS ME, with more to come. There's an element of geekdom in this story that Kate and Kim hope readers will enjoy. As confirmed nerds themselves, they believe very firmly that geek girls deserve sexy alpha heroes (especially if they're closet geeks themselves.)
First book Keith had a crazy idea in w change for the portrait that he paid for she would be his at night for a week. It was the only way he would be able to get a shy girl he always loved.
2nd book kali stood up the guy she always liked since high school and like could never forgive her until he decided to be in her film and again truth or dare came up. 3rd Keenan was in love with roommate for a year but has tried to hide it only cause he didnt think he was good enough for her cause the things he liked to do in the bedroom. Lucy as like him for just a sa long to but he kept saying hurtful things till one night she caught him saying her name
3 1/2 STARS By his desire I read this a way back, but I revitalized I never reviewed it. (Sorry). The three stories each as different then the other, but always with something to add to the mix. The first Sarah and Keith missed clues in High School the they both have crushes on each other, only with sexual sparks and a little BDSM will have some big sparks . Next, His one desire the story of Kayli and Luke had a pat same in some part to the first one. I like the dialoged and some of the parts. It was better than first one. Only desire Lucy and Keenan was different, in away of trying to deny the fallings for each other. I am fun when it is about making fun of someone in a bad way. Keenan loss points with me on that. But, made up at the end. I only part I didn't like is he would not confront his feelings till he found out her future plans. That I didn't like. My opinion!!
Got this anthology the other day but I had already read two of the stories a while ago.
I LOVE these stories! I really wish Kate Grey would write some longer novels to savour because I really love the way she writes. Her stories give me butterflies and make my heart thump with anticipation. They make me laugh and sigh too. Really look forward to reading her fourth novel.
I hate this book. story line was good but it had hardly any dialogue. I just kept reading descriptions thoughts and feelings and hardly anything else. it's a cheap version of 50 shades, borderline rape, bdsm, wanna be love story. I have never hated a book bot even a bad book but I hate this book. I just have no words in the worst way possible.
I loved these novellas! I received them as a Goodreads giveaway. They had well developed, relatable characters, which was fantastic! I can't wait to see what Kate puts out next because I will definitely be looking for it!
Good short stories. Each of them have their own characters and plots. Different venues and issues. This book reads quick and I would have liked more to each of them.
Well I had no idea what I was getting into when I started this book. Three separate very interesting stories packed into one nice little package. Each story was unique and well written. Rather enjoyable read.
Good, fast, sexy read. Three short stories that are meant to turn you on, but are not deep. Not everything I read must have depth, sometimes I just need to have a quick fantasy. Thanks for giving me three of them.
I won this book via Goodreads First Reads giveaway. These 3 novellas were great! Well formed and gave you just enough to 'tide' you over. You could relate to the characters and enjoy the story.
These may be novellas but they were written to catch your attention and they did. Steamy, hot, and easy read. I could easily see them turned into full novels
