A 5K word Skyhawks mini?!!! First of all, ma’am, who asked for this?!!! Also, OMG I loved Mara and Quincy! 🥰🥰🥰 Mara was rockin’ with Quincy and Quincy was rockin’ with Mara tough but, when the opportunity to coach in the big leagues was presented to him, she refused to stand in his way. So, with a heavy heart, Mara broke things off so Quincy could pursue his NFL dreams. Seven months later, Quincy is missing his lady so, he pulled up Mara channeling his best Dwayne Wayne’s “baby please” to get his girl back. Hail Mary was a quick read that definitely left me wanting more of Mara and Quincy. Alexandra Warren gave us this 5K word teaser to remind us she’s not done with the Skyhawks and I’m impatiently waiting for what’s next. Bring on the full-length novel sis!

The Perfect Snack

When I saw that Warren was only gonna give us 5,000 words after all of this time, I thought IKYFL. So I went in with a lil attitude. Alexandra got me together real quick. This short story was so cute. I loved the character’s chemistry. Mara was so sprung, but in the sweetest way. Quincy had the Dwayne Wayne “Baby Please” energy. It was just so good. Of course I want (need) a full length story for them. This was the perfect introduction. As the synopsis predicted, I did fall in love with them. I absolutely love the Skyhawks series.
