The Season of Goodwill.
A Terror Attack in London.
A City in Fear.

17 December, 1983. The IRA bombs the iconic London store, Harrods.

Every security force in the city is on the case, from the Metropolitan Police to unspoken intelligence services. Borders are clamped shut. Houses and businesses are raided.

There's no sign of the perpetrators.

But one man saw the bombers. Lucas Burnside is on security detachment to the Australian High Commission in London and was doing his Christmas shopping when a small car stopped beside him, right outside Harrods.

But after being injured in the blast, Lucas can only remember fragments of what he saw. So British Intelligence officer Kendra Abernathy enlists the help of a psychologist running a secret program to help Lucas discover the truth and hunt down the cell behind the bombing before there is another holiday massacre.

I like this series

I'm liking the Lenny & Lucas series! Plenty of action, and getting to know the backstories of the characters from the Miami Jones series. Too bad we didn't get more Lenny there before he died. Glad Lucas is still around, though😃

An interesting book

I enjoyed this reading the adventures of Lucas and Lenny. They make a good team and seem to always make a tense situation manageable.

Lenny and Lucas might sound like a comedy team, but there is nothing funny about the way they deal with rogue terrorists. Another excellent read that is loaded with action.

Book 3 in the series

Lucas gets caught in a terrorist bomb blast at Harrod’s department store so Lennie comes to London to help with finding the bad guys. A great story.

Exciting read. I like how Mr. Stewart uses actual events and places in his Lenny and Lucas stories.
