This book is definitely a KEEPER!!! Almost all the recipes reminded me of what my Dad had me looking for while he was alive – he was German but his parents were from Germany, Poland, Russia (the countries borders kept changing! All of these recipes are well written, easy to understand and in my opinion I want to try almost ALL OF THEM!!!! Under the name of the recipe the author has a speaker – click on it and you can hear the name of the dish as if said in Polish! Can’t wait to try a lot of these --- sound good!

This book is very basic.where is the Potica recipe, kielbasa recipe?? Various bean dishes? I grew up in a polish household, and so many tasty treats of home are missing.
