Rate this book
An emotional imbalance within a woman’s mind, caused by the constant horrific dealings from a man, can create a disturbing and unsound reaction that if not treated, may change them into an Unstable Creature.

Sophia Avery has felt pain and loss almost all her life, but the worst pain has always come at the hands of a man. She has tried on numerous occasions to have an optimistic outlook towards men, however, their lies and betrayal have become overwhelming. Her trust and resolve has been used, tested, and stretched to its limit, until the warmth in her heart has chilled, and revenge is the only real way to heal. Yet, a simple act of revenge can quickly turn into something more severe, especially when your safety is at risk.

Follow Sophia down a road that will quickly become dark, as she begins to stand up to the men who treated her with admiration, only for them to quickly transform and become horribly cruel.

***I was gifted a copy of this book in exchange for a thorough and honest review.***

Sophia is a professional lady. She's educated, independent, and has all of the amenities of success. Her family is supportive, her friends are true, and her coworkers and employer hold her in high regard. Life for Sophia is good. Then comes Maurice. He's able to tap into parts of her life that no other man has in a number of years. His fierce sexiness, appealing way with words, and smooth approach leave Sophia in over her head before she sees what's happening. As she's struggling to navigate this relationship, if that's what it's called, Sophia finds that her sister is also fighting relationship demons. Her husband, like their father, has left for another woman. The difference? Her sister's husband took their only son with him. Sophia finds that the trials of life become overwhelming, but giving up isn't an option. As the story continues, readers learn how a woman of strength handles real life struggles and that the battles don't always go to the strong.

There are MANY strong points in this novel, and there were some areas for improvement. The plot is solid, it grabs your attention immediately and holds you tightly until the end. There aren't a lot of extraneous details, but there are enough details for readers to have a clear understanding of the present situation as well as the backstory leading to the current events. All characters are thoroughly developed, with one exception. The elderly neighbor was pointed out several times, foreshadowing his involvement in some manner. Yet, there was never a true explanation of his role/place in the story. There were grammatical errors, misuses of tense, and use of improper words (I.e. know vs. no) throughout the novel as well. After several instances, it became distracting and took away from the story, just a bit. Overall, this is a definite good read. I would recommend it to others without hesitation.

Talk about a crazy chick that's seriously unstable! I couldn't put this down and it actually flowed very well! In the beginning you would never think Sophia had any problems. I guess after dealing with so much heartbreak you never really know when someone will snap. Maurice played her in the worst way just for a promotion and even though Sophia went a little overboard, he got what he deserved. Now with Maxwell, I was hoping he wouldn't hurt her based on how he started out. He really seemed like a great guy until he called it quits with her. Guess they both should have walked away and wouldn't have to deal with the consequences. The mistake Maurice and Maxwell made was underestimating Sophia because of her size. Her little secret eventually caused them to realize they were dealing with an unstable creature too late.

Omg! Angel B has done it yet again. From the first page I was drawn in. The characters were well developed, which made it clear to why they conducted themselves the way they had. I swear, the fight scenes were awesome! I felt every punch, kick, chock, and stab from her description. I felt as if I was a fly on the wall watching everything act out. The twist was crazy good--that's what I love about Angel B's stories. She always throws a jaw dropping element, which I never, ever see coming. I was so happy when Sophia finally found love, but then...I won't spoil it. You'll just have to read it for yourself :-) Unstable Creature is one story that will remain with you long after the last Kindle page is swiped. I highly recommend this novel to anyone looking for an emotional ride.

Sn: I sympathise with Sophia and blame the men for her actions lol some men are just DOGS!

Unstable, No: Feed Up, Hell Yeah!, April 13, 2014

This review is from: Unstable Creature: Revenge, drama, heartache and pain, can release karma in the form of an Unstable Creature. (Kindle Edition)
OMG! This book was phenomenal! I had to pull an all-nighter once I got into the book! No way could I put it down until I made it to the end! The story line was on point, original and easy to follow. Editing was on point, it was just writing at its best! Sophie smart, pretty and loveable. you would think she's every mans dream, but for from it! Every man she has ever been involved with has misused and left her! She had given up on love, but the last two men have brought her to her knees and a side to her she never know existed has emerged. Take this ride with Sophie to see if she really is an unstable creature! I promise you this book will not disappoint!

Sophia couldn't win for losing when it came to love. No matter how hard she tried she never got the love she gave in return. That was the only thing missing ion her life. This is a very good read that teaches you a valuable lesson about who you choose to love. the story kept my attention and the ending caught me by a surprise. The editing and typesetting typesetting were really good, but I didn't to much care for the cover. In my opinion u can tell that the picture of the lady in the chair was photo shopped.

Sophia has received a few bad breaks in life...a father that abandoned her mother with three daughters, along with a string of no good men ending with Maurice. He used her her in order to get a promotion at work and then publicly embarrassed her. Unbeknownst to Maurice, Sophia has taken self-defense classes and ends up accidentally killing him in anger. She has finally given herself time to heal, and starts dating Max. What he does to her is unforgivable.

Sophia is like so many women in search of being moved yet getting their heart broken in the end. This book was an attention catcher from front to end.
