Willow daydreams of leaving and returning to that world, entirely unaware that she's being watched. That is, until she sees claw marks outside her windows and morbid presents in her mail...Though this novella is short, it has some darker and graphic elements in it. This book was a whirlwind. It gives Haunting/Hunting Adeline vibes in the best way. The Ursa Shifter MMC was making me want one of my own. This spicy short book was exactly the intro into the Northpeak world I needed.

Well wasn’t this a fun little ride!! Per usual Maddox delivers! Not sure I Should admit to it but there’s just something intriguing about monster 🐓🙈 This book is all about the spice and it’s definitely spicing! I love the possessive/stalker-ish MMC! Willow is a human, recently divorced and working a desk job. Willow’s side gig however is anything but boring! While at an interspecies club, Willow meets a mystery man. But, Willow starts receiving packages in the mail and things get very interesting.

I could not stop reading! This novella was perfection! I mean, a stalker mailman that’s also a bear shifter!? What more could you ask for right?! There is so much more I could say about this novella but, I don’t want to give anything away!

Y'all, @authoralliemaddox 's shifter novella, Clawed by Cupid, 1000% blew me away. It's only 136 pages, but that's all it took for me to adore Cy the Ursa (read: big, hot, bear lumberjack) with every fiber of my heart, feel fully seen by the chaotic bi, curvy monsterf**ker that is Willow, and completely obsess over the "rip the hearts of those who hurt you out of their chest and lay it at your feet" protectiveness of the Ursa shifters towards their mates. CBC is Cy and Willow's whirlwind romance after they recognise the other as their own fated mate. For a novella, CBC is thick with intrigue and spice. I finished it in less than an hour and, after I put it down, had a giant grin on my face. It's cute and smutty and paranormal af and just unmitigated fun. It's not quite full romcom (romcoms GENERALLY don't have as many extracted human hearts), but it's not quite full dark romance (the stalking is endearing and courtship rather than full creep). Whatever subgenre it falls into, I freaking loved it and can't wait for the next one in the series!

I had no idea I needed a territorial, stalker, bear shifter mailman book boyfriend, but I couldn’t be happier that Cyprus has filled that role 😍. This novella was so fun to read and I adored the way Cyprus and Willow’s story unfolded. This story had everything I could’ve asked for from a paranormal stalker romance Valentines novella. I really loved the banter between the FMC and MMC and I really could relate to Willow and her struggles as a recent divorcee trying to find herself. And as always, Allie Maddox nailed it with the fun side characters that imbed themselves straight into my heart! Definitely pick this one up for a quick, fun read!

I absolutely loved this dark Rom-Com. Cy was our bear shifter and he was perfectly sweet but he isn't afraid of taking care of what needs to be done to protect what's his. Willow was such a fun character and I loved her. I had the best time reading this this spicy shifter romance and recommend if you are looking for a fun and spicy ride.

I'm not sure what I was expecting with this story. The writing and world building were both better than I anticipated - there's more going on than just smut (there's plenty of that as well).

The story had a lot more violence than I was expecting. I didn't mind it, it just surprised me a bit to see it. I did think that our FMC Willow was weirdly unphased by it, and some push back would have been interesting to see.

If you like bear shifters and stalking, and a very sex positive plotline, I think you'll enjoy this short read.

strange intro to an amazing series

So I actually got book 2 as an ARC read and it’s phenomenal! I immediately grabbed book one to get more of the characters and story and was a bit let down at the difference between the books. This book had a ton of hot spicy scenes that I loved, but the male lead is really a stalker murderer which wasn’t doing it for me personally-even though it was explained as a mating kink to his kind.

However book 2 is phenomenal and I will def be reading the rest of the stories as they come out!

Just WOW.

I literally could not stop reading, and I'm a little disappointed it went by so quickly! The whole world Allie created is amazing, and I'm a little obsessed! The spice was *chefs kiss* but Cyprus is EVERYTHING, and I am in love with Willow. I never knew a stalker/shifter romance could make me feel this way, and I CANNOT WAIT for more!

Fun, Spicy Shifter Read 🔥🌶️🐻

Will and Cy are such a fun pair of main characters and their story is a cute, spicy quick one! I love the concept that Cy is a bear shifter instead of the typical wolf or dragon and that Willow is a curvy girl. This book was great for a holiday read, fun banter, exciting courtship and spice and then the self acceptance vibe was the cherry on top!

Well written novella. Was a fast read. Definitely more on the gruesome side for a shifter novel, so read your triggers if you need them. I, however, thoroughly enjoyed this. Stalking, insta love and soul mates. All 3 are perfect for any shifter novella. I loved the cheeky aspect of her side job. Was a nice addition to the story with an added kinky twist.

I loved the writing of this book! All the dialogue felt so realistic, even how Willow talks to her dog! Some of the stalker aspects were a little creepy but nothing unbearable. I love the world that the author created with humans and shifting monsters living side my side. I would love to read more books in this world!

This is a short novella and totally cute. It’s a quick read - you won’t have any issue reading this in one sitting.
Shifters of all sorts and a gal who is over people.
I feel the gal. There is a line in the book where I snarked because it was so accurate about humans being the worse.

Look it’s cute it’s funny and the dude gives real hearts as presents. Read it. I adored it.

This is one of my favorite novellas I’ve read to date 💖 Clawed by Cupid was everything I didn’t know I needed. The tropes are 🤌🏼 Strangers to lovers, Insta love, Stalker romance, Fated mates, Shifter romance, Touch her & die 👀 and so many more. Even though it’s a novella I feel like the world building was perfect! If you’re looking for a smutty shifter novella then this is for you 🥵

I cannot wait for the other stories to come out.

A friend suggested this one and so glad she did cause I absolutely love Cy so much . The way he was so protective over her before he even knew more about willow . Chad and Nina were so awful I couldn't stand them.. I need a bear shifter. Cy is the best
