This is the second book in a post apocalypse dystopian series in which the majority of the characters are children and teens. This continuation from the first book did not let me down! Heartache is abundant with new losses with the groups. Ideas and situations are kept fresh, and the second book actually flashes back to the beginning to explain how it began, something I feel is left out of many zombie novels. Can't wait to see what the future brings for the survivors of Montville and for the Ferals.
