A man wrote this little mystery under a female pseudonym, involving a stranger who may be more suspicious than he seems to the country folk. An intelligent teenaged girl who can't be "got 'round" by her own younger siblings may be more of a challenge than one might think.

an interesting small book, abit like a real life Enid Blyton Famous Five story, but instead of the lashings of ginger beer, actual guns...
