“Does love manage to find a way, even when all illusions fade? Where does the journey end?”

His parents are forever in a state of prolonged hostility; add to it failing spurious friendships and dwindling love life which metamorphoses him into a soul-less creature. Cursing his misfortune and in an attempt to end his anguish and disparity, Akshat embarks on an unknown journey, seeking nothing but solitude, or perhaps a glimpse of his inner being. It is when he meets a stranger that he realizes his journey is not just any journey, but a roller coaster ride to unravel the harsh realities of life.

'It's no longer a Dream' is about how some incidents in life change you in a way that cannot be undone and how some conversations and people associated with it last in your memory for a lifetime.

Sanjeev Ranjan beautifully conveys how death ends just a life and not a relationship through the conversation between the protagonist Akshat Diwan and a stranger, Randhir Sareen, who becomes his friend.

Akshat Diwan is a troubled 22-year old who has everything in life but peace and love. A troubled relationship causes him to leave home and begin a journey to nowhere. On the train, he meets Randhir who tells Akshat the simple yet spellbinding love story of him and his wife, Radhika. Randhir and Radhika's touching story changes Akshat's life forever. It gives meaning to his life and he also realises the importance of love.

The book is uncomplicated yet manages to give meaning to some of the most complicated emotions in life in the most moving ways!

It's No longer a Dream. The Story of Akshat and Naina, where Akshat discovers his love to Naina after meeting the stranger on the train to self-finding - Randhir Sareen, Sooner they start talking and Randhir takes Akshat to his house in Delhi to stay with him.Well initially it all looks like a same kind of story but it's quite different.I really loved how the author has expressed all the emotions so gently and in true senses it makes you feel the way it is written. The story of Randhir and his wife Radhika looked so beautiful, like an idle story to live like a couple. I got so intrigued by the story that I just completed in few hours. Yes, I really wanted to know what will happen next, I was having an intuition that something will go wrong and it became true with the tragic end of the story. I loved how the author conveys all the emotions, well it looks very easy but while creating such thing you really need to get those emotions right well indeed everything got struck in the end with the heavy heart, even so, I learned too, the importance of that someone in my life. But also it seems the end came too early and I wanted more from it as the story of Randhir and Radhika was almost 70% from the protagonist, I needed more from the story of Akshat and Naina but the end of the story came too swiftly like the author wanted to get over it ardently.

It's a quick read, I can set you to assure that once you start reading this, it will be unputdownable. I really wanted to give it 5 Stars but just because it lacked the relevant ending I will go with 4 **** stars. You can go with this one but you should be ready for emotional turmoil and chaos.

if u wanna read a beautiful , matured and a heart touching story , which makes you understand what is love & makes you realize the true meaning o relationship , here it is .

what if you are a wealthier person , you have luxurious cars , a palace like house , legal heir for all your parental wealth , but with no peace ?

Akshat is such a person with forever fighting parents . friends only because of his purse , dwindling love . he leaves everything & walks away . he meets a stranger in train . which takes him(also us) a roller coaster ride . gives the meaning of what is life ? makes him understand what is real relationship .
the story of randhir will melt your heart for sure . i feel like going dehradun now .

the intertwining of akshats while randhir says his story is a major plus . i'm damn sure you will read the third part with teary eyes . the first two chapters was ultimately boring ! but it goes fast once , naina starts reading akshats diary .

one liner - life doesn't gives you second chance .

Its has a nice plot.Beautifully written, you will completly enjoy reading it.The story revolves aroud Akshat, Naina, Randhir, Radhika. The story is dividen in three parts and my favourite is part 2 and part 3 .Though the story becomes predictable the author “Sanjeev Ranjan” was successfull in potraying the emotions and making it really nice read. Few lines I loved “It happens that everything that you look for is in front of you, but you don’t understand it.it takes time. And so it was with me. You have to go away from someone in order to come closer to them.“

The downpart of the book is the dragging begining in Part1 and there were few spelling mistakes and i would have prefered if end was little elaborated instead of keeping it specific

Well written. You can really connect yourself with some moments beautifully written. At some places you just cannot resist to stop reading but at some places the novel slows down making it a bit boring. But, overall a good read and the character of Randhir is so well written that you can connect with every emotion of his.

“Does love manage to find a way, even when all illusions fade? Where does the journey end?”

It's No Longer A Dream is the second book by the bestselling author of In course of true love by Sanjeev Ranjan published by Srishti Publishers. The cover page of the book is very refreshing in green colour having two human faces , bonfire and two chairs which is very much apt with the story.

It's no longer a dream is a story that revolves around Akshat Diwan who lives a very luxurious life having a palatial mansion, luxurious cars, wealth but not peace. He has a dwindling love life and is seeking for solitude. The book is divided into three parts. Part one of the book introduces the readers to Akshat. His life, his parents and his girlfriend Naina. Part two deals with Akshat meeting Randhir on a train journey and he tells Akshat about his arranged marriage with Radhika. How he met her, fell in love. The third part brings back Akshat to his home and he realizes the true meaning of love.

This is a very sensitive book written by the author. The way he has portrayed the human emotions is mind blowing. It's a very beautifully written book having a simple story line. The relationship between Randhir and Radhika is very sweet and heart touching. The book is an emotional read and will leave you teary eyed. Various instances will also make the reader laugh. The way author switches from present to flashback is really nice. This book is a roller coaster ride .

Overall, its a very gripping, sweet, simple and an emotional book making you weep but will also teach one not to take our loved one's for granted. The book can be finished easily in a sitting. Those who are really interested in reading a beautiful love story then pick this one.

Are you in love? If you are not sure on this answer, you will get the right answer after reading this book. “It’s no a longer a dream” a novel by Sanjeev Ranjan is a perfect definition to understand the meaning of love. The storyline justifies the title by giving a message that ‘Love is no longer a dream’.

The book is divided into 3 parts, part one describes about Akshat and his life events, Part 2 takes you to the mesmerizing love story of Randhir & Radhika and Part 3 bends towards the epilogue of story. Akshat Diwan, a young legatee of a royal family & a son of a top businessman, who never found the love around him because of the growing family disputes, meets Naina Malohtra in his college days. Naina loves Akshat but never expresses her feelings to him. Unable to understand the life and the uncertain events leading to unending loneliness, Akshat runs away from his home. This unexpected short trip far away from home changes everything for him, forever. What happens to him? Where does the journey lead him?

‘It’s no longer a dream’ will set the perfect mood for a lovely evening, sitting in the balcony with a hot cup of tea. The storyline is simple, beautiful and gives feather softness to what all you feel when you read it. The beauty lies in the way the emotions are expressed. What you will love is the course of events described when the love blossoms between Radhika and Randhir. You don’t actually need to describe love-making scenes to feel the romance, this book proves that. The delicacy in which the scenes are narrated brings everything to life. You meet the characters, understand them and live the entire story with them – the book successfully engrosses the reader into the story.

The best chapter to say is “Dehradun, desperation and desire”. The fun time in Pizza parlour, Naina’s birthday party, rain dance in Dehradun, Radhika’s cooking experiments all these scenes are best to enjoy. You don’t get here any glamorous story which is very common in today’s fiction and which is in a big hurry to describe a physical relationship. Flip the side, turn the pages and you will understand how love comes to our life and changes everything, what true love is, enjoy the moments while reading it. Some incidences in life change you in a way that can not be undone. Some conversations with people associated with it last in your memory for lifetime.

Penning down a sensitive book that can portray human feelings and emotions in a delicate manner is not an easy task. The story begins in a slow pace but after the protagonist, Akshat meets Randhir in the train, the story gets gripping and captivating with every page. The beauty of the budding relationship between Randhir and Radhika is described beautifully, with the correct words and emotions in place. It is beautiful, subtle and sweet. The relationship of Randhir and Radhika which blooms into a rose from a bud gives the readers a candy-like joy. The utter sincerity with which the author has described the anguish of both Randhir and Akshat is worth a mention. This novel also has many hidden lessons about life, the best one being life does not offer any second chances. Don't ignore or take for granted the person who truly adores you and cares for you. This book will make you fall in love, will help you realize the worth of your loved ones and will also make a lump form in your throat. Very sensitive, beautiful, captivating and touching! Congratulations to the author for such a marvellous work.

“There is no friend as loyal as a book.”
― Ernest Hemingway...

exactly so true,it's said truly the books are best buddies cause no complaints,no demands.. i enjoyed while reading this book n this book is a mixture of exquisite feelings, contentedness, despondency etc..

“love comes into our life unannounced and to keep waiting for the right time is wasting away very precious moments.”
-sometimes we get confused about our feelings that we fail to understand the situations n to take the proper decisions..being completely baffled we lose the power of making out what is right n what is wrong.in this situation if there is a friend who stand by us n make us realize what's our heart want then it feels so serendipitous..what we can't interpret something by ourselves then someone else's help give us the courage to fathom the problems, knowing what our heart want we just don't wanna accept it sometimes due to fear n all but one should not forget that over-thinking may ruin even untangled conditions so one should always be true to their ownself n go for what their heart knows is right.....

this is really a nice book,a must read,,well done.. :)

Thank you Sanjeev for sending me autographed book.
It’s no longer a dream written by Sanjeev Ranjan is his second book. His first book "in course of true love" was widely appreciated and a national bestseller. The author has done a commendable job in this book. His work has improved marvelously. If you like his first book then you are gonna love this one, no doubt.

The story gyrates around Akshat who is sick of the kind of life he is living. He had it all but was devoid of the most important things; Love and Peace. In a journey to find him, he meets a guy whose life changes Akshat. He came face to face with the realities of life which he was ignoring so far. Life is sweet and sometimes harsh but this is what life is all about.

Where should I begin from?? This book was my first pre-ordered book and to be honest, it didn’t disappoint me. The book is all about love, it speaks of love but unlike other love story books, this is obviously much better.
In short, the Story is something like this:
Akshat Diwan, the lead protagonist of this book has anything and everything in his life. He has luxurious car, a huge mansion, and rich enough to buy anything what he desires. One thing which he didn’t have was peace. His parent’s daily fights and failure in love took away all the peace out of his life.

This book was suggested by my cousin saying that this will be a good, entertaining read. So purchased this from his account when a special discount was available. A short novel poignant enough to bring the readers to finish it easily.
Though it lacks depth & research or sequential analysis.
The book is full is mistakes, the typesetting could have been better. The recurrent & repetitive mistakes have irked me a lot many times.
Cover is beautiful. The crescent touch it retained along with the beautiful portrait of two lost souls is worth appraisal. The bench portrayal of landscape also gives a serene touch to the story.
Title is perfect judging the story.
Theme talks about freedom, friendship, true love, pain, hurt, dejection, unrequited love.
The story was okay, too monotonous and longer than usual. It kept dragging a lot, unusually boring.
However, when we step into romance genre the story falls short. The drawback being its a normal love story, though being realistic.
Language is simple. Narration is simple.
The book has many grammatical mistakes & errors that erked me off times. A bit of proofreading should have done the trick.
The sad ending is the reason I ended up giving another point.
The visualisations were good, so I gave 1 star overall.
Nevertheless, it's a boring read.
A beautiful teenage romance. A good one time read.

The story gyrates around Akshat who is sick of the kind of life he is living. The characters are very well drawn. It is really inspiring and it left me in tears at some point.

The writer has beautifully narrated how the relationship slowly and gradually strengthens with time. The way author switches from present to flashback is really nice. Although it was Little confusing at the beginning.

It’s a mature enough story conveying a subtle nuance of love, marriage and relationships.

I usually don’t write negative reviews for the books that I don’t like but this one made me do it.
Predictable, amateurish and silly. It would’ve been a good 80s movies with upcoming actors.
I appreciate the author, who I assume would be around 21years of age, and his effort for writing a book but I am not his target audience.

Some incidents of life change you in a way that cannot be undone. Some conversations and people associated with it last in your memory for a lifetime.I can say that this unexpected short trip of life changed everything, forever.
He realized the importance of Naina in my life, the sweetness of her laughter, the innocence of her care and advice.

Life passes in the same way if we forget to remember we are headed.

The author has written this so well. This story touches on every human emotion: Love, Loss, Grief, Passion, Betrayal, Bigotry, Innocence, Awakening, Trust, Acceptance, and Renewal.
I would rate this book 4 out of 5 stars.

This book will give two good simple love story. Where one is about love marriage and another is about arrange marriage. One is past and another is present. This is interesting to see how author has narrated both these love in parallel.

One of the two love got tragic ending. But for that you have to read the book. I would say it'll be a good read for you. Give it a try.
