Awesome brines for your turkey...perfectly moist ever time. Lots of good recipes for trimmings too if you're looking to break family tradition and try something new.
How to cook the turkey, how to make sides, how to make dessert, how to decorate, blah blah blah. A good book but some cooks like to know exactly how to put together the entire meal, that is, how to coordinate the meal so it's all ready at the same time. Oddly, that isn't mentioned in this book. If I needed help with Thanksgiving, I would consider this book very useful, except for that small flaw.
