Excellent book which deals with how to achieve true potential in life. Paul McKenna states seven states to achieve to get into a superstate and happiness. There are also practical exercises to do and there are very useful and helpful. The book is accompanied by access to audio downloads to listen to together with this book. I will surely return to this book more often. It is worth reading.
I find his exercises and meditations super helpful. I get that some people might not like him or his style but for me it is a pick me up all the time when feeling down. This is my third by him.
Not for me. Though I admire Paul McKenna and enjoyed all the inspiring stories I just couldn't do the exercises at all in fact I listened to the audiobook and it made me laugh. That's right hmmm That's right!
Odd really. As you read it you realise that it’s mostly just common sense. Maybe that’s what makes it good?
I meditate and self-hypnotise occasionally, so I found the exercises quite easy to do (a bit repetitive though). Particularly like the trance, although I’ve ended up completely asleep after a couple of minutes on each occasion I’ve done it, so no idea what’s being said!
