Following the untimely death's of their parents, Matthew and Jason must put their differences aside and overcome the challenges thrown at them from the new plague, which turns the once living into bloodthirsty monsters after becoming infected. As they continue to fight for survival, Matthew and Jason quickly realize that the scariest monsters aren't the ones that we run from, but the ones we become.
