This book struck me as being very basic. There were a few things I appreciated seeing, but I ended up skimming more than reading. I’m not sure if it was the book or just me.

This book is full of practical framework to help you develop as a leader. Jim does a fantastic job of talking about the both/and needed to utilize industry best practices in a faith based workplace.
