Perfect for my objectives
As Jim and Jaime rightly say, this book applies to a specific group of people, those of us who are looking for the time and financial freedom to achieve a legendary family life and I, for one, completely identified.
This book is a perfect opener for those who like Real Estate but still have many insecurities about how to manage it, these two authors ground you, because although they do not sell you the idea that everything is perfect, they give you the best applicable tools to achieve that financial independence and recover so many years of work so poorly paid and that you could have taken advantage of with your family.
The authors are at another level, as they have acquired the dream of every real estate investor, to have so many properties that allow you a spectacular cash flow. The advice they give comes from people who have lived the road to success from the beginning, so in many ways it seems like a manual.
Even though I am just starting with real estate, this book has motivated me a lot.

I have been trying for years to do so, but I cannot crack the code that leads to it. Thanks to the authors, I learnt about numerous truthful ways to build passive income through the real estate industry. I like the approach this book has. Although it focuses on investments to generate wealth, the author puts emphasis on learning to maintain a balanced life and prioritize family time.
It is also a very easy to follow read, very organic because of the life experiences and personal situations the author goes through and shares to enlighten the readers on certain topics or things to pay attention to.

It's an easy-to-follow step-by-step guide on how to build passive income through real estate. The most challenging part for me is the financial side of things, so I appreciate the ideas the author shared in this book. It is quite an easy read; on sitting, you can finish it and quickly grasp the concepts. I have my passive income, and I am planning to add more. I almost fell into one of the five traps: chasing cheap. Remember to choose value over price, never skip inspection, and be thorough before signing anything. Each chapter is concise and informational, and the authors have summarized the key ideas for each chapter, too.

If you want to learn more about getting into the real estate world in order to eventually have your properties bring in passive income, this would be a useful book to read. The driving force behind the author's (and the reader's) earning money via real estate is to have what the authors term throughout the book as a "legendary family life." Having enough income coming in without putting in much effort so you can take those family trips together, basically. This was a good book, a couple of typos but I've seen worse, mainly revolving around various ways to make money in rentals. I appreciated the authors sharing tips and methods and experiences of earning money this way.

Wonderfully written
Real estate was never something I was interested in until I reached the age of thirty. That’s when I decided that I needed to make the big move and finally educate myself on the subject so in the future I could make the right choices for myself and my family.
This book has really given me a new perspective in many things. Authors Jim and Jamie Sheils have really outdone themselves with this great book that gives the reader amazing ideas and advice, but it also provides the reader with their own personal experiences, growth and process. I highly recommend this book because it will change the way we see work and its purpose.

A lot of times, I find myself asking if the money I'm making will ever take me places or if it is just a part of a circle, coming and going. So, when I came across this book, I thought I should give it a shot and I am very thankful I did. Right from the start, the book shares the story of a young man who bought his first home and rented his basement, from a business was born, and as a reader I was in! This book has solid and practical advice that can help any reader understand how to improve their passive income and enjoy family time in the process! Very interesting!

I think this is a good book that lays out the idea of buying, renting, and making profit with it. The authors provided a good breakdown, I think. I did appreciate how it emphasizes on making sure this work does not take over your whole life. Live your life with your family! Have fun! Etc. etc. I do kind of wish it talked about how much did they save and spend to get this up and running. And I did appreciate how they pointed out that this really can't happen everywhere but there's places to take advantage of it.
