Comprehensive. Nice little cross section pictures of tourist sites, handy laminated map included, lovely lists, and basic historical overviews. Splendid.

I like this series of travel guide because of its inclusion of hand-drawn illustrations of buildings and areas. The “cut-through” drawings of castles, palaces, museums, opera houses, etc. give a clear conceptual overview of the building that no photographs nor videos can deliver.
