I pre-ordered this based off of a previous book by the author; I ended up reading it cover-to-cover in one weekend. This breaks down the biggest mistakes we all run into when we present publicly. It feels as though, when the crowd gets bigger, I end up making more of these mistakes.
#2 and #7 are my biggest offenders. Sjodin was able to clearly identify several areas where I can improve immediately. Even more valuable though, was helping me identify mistakes I didn’t know I was making!
I highly recommend this guide. If you are in any way presenting information to groups of people, get this; it’s extremely valuable for more than sales professionals.

Terri Sjodin is a veteran in the field and her advice in this book and in her presentations is right on target
