Better than expected. Starts off strong with the enjoyable Wolverine Annual story, Then onto Chris Claremont contest of champions, the DP excerpts for this makes it a weak story, but still had some fun Deadpool moments. The meat of the epic is the Christopher Priest run, I had heard mixed opinions on this, but overall I found it to be a fun entertaining read. The following Wolverine Rob Liefield issues were not the best issues of the epic but they were decent enough. The Joe Kelly Heroes Reborn remnants issue I found to be the weakest, ironic, considering how strong his original run with DP was, but overall it was confusing. The final one shot issue of Fightman from 1993, a non DP issue that apparently has ties to the next Epic collection, was actually pretty good too. I wouldn't really give it 4 stars if I had a choice. 3.5 stars or 7/10 is how I'd rate it. Recommended for light easy entertaining reading and definitely one to reread.

I didn't like the end of Joe Kelly's run, but I feel like Priest did a decent job of picking up the pieces and sending the character off in a direction.
