He also serves as the company's corporate counsel, having practiced business and real estate law for more than 20 years before joining Interaction Associates. Mr. Harris received his B.A. in political science and economics and his J.D. from Yale University.

A super book detailing with examples how to give feedback to subordinates and to your boss. Simple templates are given to help you prepare for the feedback meetings.

The nice part - you can use the concepts at home as well as the office.

Very basic, if you never heard of feedback techniques before, this is ok.
