Vampires and werewolves are known to be age-old enemies. Will their animosity continue when lines are drawn and crossed, or can Queen Alyson use her influence as The United One to unite them?

Melanie Nowak writes a dramatic bewitching tale
I have to admit, before I read anything by this author, which was way back in 2017, I wasn't a fan of vampiric or any supernatural beings, like werewolves, and half humans, but she opened the door for a new fan. She writes with a pen that marvelously takes the vampiric and other beings and inserts them a life and grand characters that make up the story. Of course, the story is character drive, and I wouldn't have it any other way. Bewitching Werewolves is part of the Almost Human - The Third Trilogy Book series, and this is volume two. I may have mentioned it but I am a big fan of Melanie Nowak and read whatever this author writes. This author has a grand imagination, and talent for showing the story. The characters are yes, almost human, and some have a sense of humanity, while others do not, making them great characters. There is conflict, jealousy, and even breaking humans while they enter a new realm of their lives, and some do not mind the transformation. Cain is one of my favorites, as he is the oldest vampire, but also a great imposing character that gains respect. I like Felicity and Ben, and how the story comes together. There is always some new threat or new person to the coven, and it is always interesting and intriguing on how the story flows. This story is a wondrous trail of words. Queen Alyson is very impressive, and has grandiose powers, but sometimes, and when it comes to werewolves, the powers alone may not be enough. Bewitching Werewolves is a definite recommendation by Amy's Bookshelf Reviews. I read this book to give my unbiased and honest review. Amy's Bookshelf Reviews recommends that anyone who reads this book also write a review.

Book 2 of the 3rd trilogy, Bewitching Werewolves doesn’t disappoint. All of our favorites play a part in this exciting book.
Alyson and Mattie are engaged in solidifying their new United Vampire Coven. Alyson has devised a method of identifying them to all in a novel way.
The vampires and werewolves meet for a parley and someone doesn’t make it out alive.
Meanwhile, Felicity has big news for Ben. In addition her human best friend has met a handsome werewolf.
Sindy has a surprising new love interest and the plot thickens.
Loved this book and series and can’t wait for the next one. A fascinating read you won’t be able to put down.

Book 2 of the 3rd trilogy and I continue to be engaged. Alyson and Mattie are juggling bringing the vampires together and dealing with the growing presence of the werewolves. All of our favorite characters are participating in keeping us guessing on what is happening. Felicity and Ben have news, Sindy's wolf form is having new adventures and we are left saying, where is book 3! What an entertaining series and clever author.
