Ivan Henley spent his childhood drawing embarrassingly bad cartoons. When he grew older, he began writing short stories and later moved on to novel-length stories. He is the author of the Captain Exetre books and the writer, artist, and creator of the web comics Galactic Drifter and Hyper-Level Nova Revengers. When not writing or drawing or looking after his daughters, he has something called a "day job", which is where he earns his actual money.
