A do it yourself craft project book for kids featuring projects involving ice. Very creative but meant for cold weather. Elementary and up

Super Simple Ice Projects are sure to make a mess. They rely heavily on food coloring, cutting up paper and putting it in water and cutting other bits and pieces.

The book notes that it was edited by a reading specialist. Young readers are not likely to be mature enough to handle the food coloring aspect required of the easiest crafts in this book.
