Tummies Do Talk!

Rate this book
Can you remember when you or your children last ate too much, and ended up with sore tummies? Don’t you wish both of you had listened to your tummies instead of just your taste buds?
From a young age, Henry’s mother helped him to listen to his tummy with his heart. When he sat still he was able to hear his tummy and would know whether it was satisfied or not. At school his classmates thought he was joking, but after Henry showed them how to listen to their tummies, their minds were changed forever.
This well-illustrated rhyming story for kids aged 3 to 9 will help children to understand that by being still after eating, even for a moment, they will be listening to their tummies. Although their tummies don’t use words to talk, children who listen well will know in their hearts what’s best for them.

Kids and all - One needs to listen to our tummy often!

I enjoyed this ebook and I say amen to this message. Even I as a senior have found that I also need to listen to my tummy very often too, to keep from feeling I'll later ! I hereby recommend this for not just wee young kids but all of us no matter what our age is. Because of this great advice I feel the book needs five stars. I received this ebook for free and in exchange now give it an honest review. Great job Yonit ! By Angela
