Matt, 12, and his little brother, Sam, were hoping their space invaders kit would arrive that afternoon. The Varsnids, aliens living on earth to protect the young planet from the universe's worst predators, were sent a box of new weapons because a Lamprezoid ship would soon enter the Milky Way. The box that arrives on Matt and Sam’s doorstep is not what they expected. When they take the items in the box on a planned camping trip with their friends that afternoon, they have no idea they have drawn the attention of the Lamprezoid predators. Can a small group of boys and girls save the earth?
