This is one of the 'go to' book for Pharmacology. I have ofcourse read it several times as a professor & researchers of the subject, apart from several others. Covering basic concepts from pharmacokinetics to pharmacodynamics and pharmacology of several drugs with an easy pictorial explanations, the book is a boon for students who want to grasp the fundamentals and updates in the field with a keen interest. Highly recommended.
This book got me through pharmacology this year. Without it, I am pretty sure I would've failed. Explanations are given succinctly and concisely, cutting a lot of the extraneous information out and leaving only the substance. Illustrations, when they were used, helped a lot. This book was a lifesaver. I don't know what I would've done without it.
