One of the finest and toughest poetry i have ever read..
The author tries to showcase the feelings of a "hari janudu" towards the nation in this poetry..the title appears to be crude and raw, but the choice seems to be perfect..
the language is pure telugu and it took me twice or thrice to read some lines.. i have to admit i didnt understand few word and tried to search the meaning.. there are some stanzas in this poetry which are beyond my expertise and understanding of telugu language..
As someone who is not literate in Telugu I must disclose the fact that I did not, in fact read the original work. I had the opportunity to read a translated copy by K Madhava Rao published by the Joshua Foundation in 1998. I found the translated work to be a naturally flowing read capturing the harsh reality of the protagonist. As a reader I was especially enjoyed the richness and depth of the work. The writer had managed to capture the reality for what it was and Rao, I believe have done a superb job at translating the work.
