After Jim Vance's Run with Power, this is another book that introduces the latest running power knowledge. This book is an updated version of Jim Vance's books.

Highly repetitive

It’s an okay read, but repeats itself far too much. Also just covers the basics that you’ll learn in the first week of using a Stryd.
