I'm in the midst of making a complete life transformation, and improving my health is high on the list. Knowing this, a friend shared her copy of the book with me and in just reading a few chapters, I went and purchased my own copy. I found many "aha's" in just the few chapters I read. What the author conveys is backed by studies that are cited in the back of the book. I am very analytical in my thinking and I need to know the science behind something. The author nailed it! Now I can begin the next leg on my journey in a logical, step-by-step manner. Kudos to the author for inspiring me!

This read is definitely an eye opener regarding your physical health & mental wellbeing. Being taught the same things for decades does not necessarily make it all true. Additionally, the things that are true will not adapt to everyone. Faith takes a deep dive approach explaining myths versus reality & the science to back it up. Her book will enlighten you to find the steps necessary to initiate self-help & self-care for your mind & body. There’s quite a bit to ponder & something for everyone. Check it out!

Over the past several years I have been experiencing some constant and nagging health issues. This book can be a great tool to help recognize and better understand the possible causes of some medical and health problems. I, for one, like to explore solutions to these issues before just jumping to pills and chemicals. This book will help with that and give you the information to assist in that approach to make the adjustments for the better! Dive in!!
