This book sits on my desk now, and encourages me to draw my future more. I really loved how actionable each chapter was, and how eager I was to take her advice. I now keep a large post it note pad on my desk for drawing out my ideas instead of creating endless to do lists, because memory road is paved in hideous fonts.
It was really lovely to read, it felt like we were just sitting together chatting and doodling on napkins at a local diner. She encourages you to take a break after each chapter and draw, and I happily obliged. Using art to focus on the positive was a spin I wasn't expecting, but I'm happy I have that advice now, and I'll definitely be carrying it with me. This is a really powerful, new to me, way to manifest my future.
I won this book in a giveaway here on Goodreads, and I'm sure I should mention that in this review.
