It was a very enjoyable book. I learned a totally new perspective on developing a very special culture in the workplace! Tony had a specific type of vision and was able to implement it and make it work, which eventually led to great success and dedicated, happy employees.
Read this book after seeing Tony Hseih live at a PwC event in Sydney - fascinated by his story and what he did in developing Zappos to what it is today. It is an interesting case study in both customer service and employee engagement - leading to major growth in financial value.
