Now that they’ve finally discovered that freedom for genies is possible, Tavor is more obsessed with it than ever. He will allow nothing to stand in their way—including any romantic feelings that may be shared between Ali and the other genies.
When Tavor goes too far to control Ali’s feelings, she’ll discover a new ally, but may shatter her relationship with Tavor beyond repair. With tensions rising over Tavor’s actions, increasing feelings for Ali, and fights over prioritizing obtaining freedom, Gary makes a discovery within the original Archives’ texts that will either save the group or lead to more conflict than ever.
Nicole Eatough is the author of sweet romance fantasy novels. Mostly because ever since junior high, she’s found it impossible to write a story without some sort of supernatural elemental entering it, and a little romance makes everything more fun.

I like this series very much. The idea is original and the way Ms Eatough is developing the relations between the characters is amazing. One of the Rs in this book has to do with relations. And the way the MFC works through the problems that arise through connecting with others is very realistic. It can easily be applied to our real life, without losing sight of the fact that Ali is connecting with genies and not human beings. The way she navigates different ways of thinking, different cultural aspects, and even different personalities is truly amazing and moving. My only little problem with this is that genies are supposed to be thousands of years old beings, yet the speak and react as modern young people, some wiser than other and some stranger than others. Nevertheless, all have gone through deep traumas and with Ali´s help, the can overcome that in their different ways. I am caught up in this seris and hope to finish it soon. I highly recommend it
