Get you a man who’s willing to risk it all just for you. AJ doesn’t believe in love at first sight but, he quickly changes his mind when Amara walks into Studio A. She’s a guest on the popular morning show Daylight Delight which, AJ co-hosts. Amara has agreed to go on a televised blind date in hopes of making a love connection. But, AJ didn’t get the memo because he completely forgot he was the host of the show and not the date. The way he kept crashing Amara and Stephen’s date and interrupting their time together was hilarious. He said eff this job and Stephen. Amara was his and he planned to get her by any means necessary. Daylight Delight was a cute, sexy, and fun Valentine’s read. It was short but, it packed a spicy punch.

Yo Stephen a hater. And this was an absolute delight ok! Hello chemistry!! But best of all was the smex honey!! I haven’t seen that in a book in a minute and it was a delight! This was also funny and kinda cute. Shae Sanders still hasn’t missed and this is my 3rd book of hers today! And my 6th in two days! Call them other authors and tell em I ain’t never coming home lol

This was a cute and sexy Valentine’s short. You could feel this couple’s attraction at hello and once they were able to get together, they burned up the sheets. Well worth the read.

Smooth Criminal

Well dang…AJ, Mr. Smooth Criminal ‼️Don’t hate the playah, hate the game 🤷🏾‍♀️‼️I stumped upon “Daylight Delight: A Valentine’s Novelette early this morning and what an entertaining quick read. What a great amalgamation of the classic “dating game” & modern “love at first sight” game show & reality TV. Once paper, Stephen had potential. Unfortunately, once we meet him (paper compatible)🥴.. absolutely NO game‼️..He let another man steal his date🤦🏾‍♀️‼️lets just say $$$ can’t buy everything (clue, swag, heart etc.). He was a dud spud aka like cold a$$ french fries w/ no salt🤮! However, “Hot Pants” prophet J. Bown himself said “use what you got to get what you want”. AJ’s response OK, Amara is my Valentines 🤎💌🤎‼️

This story was sweet, simple, and to the point! I really enjoyed the thorough plot given this is a short story! AJ was a man on a mission, and Amra was fully on board when she discovered what was happening. AJ had me laughing and swooning! Amra's banter matched AJ's at every turn, which I loved. I especially appreciate it when a woman is the one to snatch a man's soul! Given the premise of the story, I liked how professional AJ and Amra were when necessary, but when the moment called for it, they let loose completely!

AJ had his sights locked on Amara as soon as he saw her! I love how he went out of his way to make sure she knew it too. Their chemistry was thiccccck and shout out to Amara for know what she wanted. The term dirty macking took me down lol showing my age FR. I love stories with characters in my age range and this was a satisfying novella ! Shout out Shae!

Desperate times calls for desperate measures. AJ was shooting his shot and wasn’t letting nothing get in the way. A man that knows what he want and ain’t stopping till he get it. Amara is a lady in the streets and you know the rest lol. This was cute valentine’s day short. Shae always deliver.

As always, this was great writing.

This was the cutest meet cute. The tag-a-long was unexpected and hilarious. LOLOL

Also loved the Xander and August reference. Makes me want to re-read their book.

This was short but packed a spicy punch at the end. Another 5 star.

AJ and Amara matched energies, and I loved that for them 🥰

AJ was definitely giving Joe from You vibes but when you see something or in this case someone you want, all is fair in love and war.

AJ learned quick that when it comes to matters of the heart even you can't predict it and Amara was definitely on the same timing.

Connections

I enjoyed the setting and challenge of this story, even though I don't like morning shows such as this. But this is exactly the sort of thing a show would do for ratings. I was even tickled by how the connection was made. I'll never be a fan of bedding strangers though.

In flight delight!

This was the perfect quick flight entertainment, as I made my way West! AJ and Amara were the definition of instant attraction and the Vday trappings made it all the more fitting. A meet cute that while unconventional, checked all the boxes!
