Terrible formatting in the ebook. Same recipes you can find in every other pressure cooker cookbook. No pictures. I guess I'm going to have to stop complaining about the cold water method for stovetop PCs...(nearly) every cookbook recommends it for the "old school" jiggle top PCs.
