In the quiet town of Maplesville, all of the cats are friendly and know one another by name. It's usually a very relaxing place to live but, at this time of year; around Halloween all of the cats stay inside and lock their doors. Something is going on at the local museum that has them scared to leave their homes. What will they do? They can't rely on the local law enforcement, Detective Whiskers is a nervous wreck! When he's not on the phone; he's trying to keep clumsy Deputy Slimstripe from blowing up the building! What will Saucy the Museums employee do? What is that bright green light that shines through the window? What is that growling sound heard throughout the town? Just when they are all ready to give up...a stranger appears. He's a tall skinny white cat with one black circle around his left eye. He wears a long black leather coat and a black newsboy hat. The name is Salvador...they call me Salvador The Spy."
