Some of the scenes are so tasty and easy to replicate. Who wouldn't want to be tied up and covered in chocolate? Then have two men lick off every drop, how could it get better? This British 9 and a half weeks is an erotic journey with sensual stops. One must get off at every stop and enjoy it. The story moves in a nice and rolling pace. It almost undulates in an exotic dancer's manner as each new sexual task is revealed. It is enticing as Alice follows Jeremy and Ethan through her sexual awakening. The raw exposed emotion from Alice, Ethan and Jeremy as each encounter passes is sweet and reassuring. The characters in this story are easy to like.
Ms. Felthouse does a lovely job with her descriptions of each location. One can really visualize the office, bedroom, maze, kitchen and ballroom. The way she shows each bonding session entwined with an emotional connection helps enrich the story. This erotic discovery is a dream come true for Alice and fantasy for many females. Stately Pleasures is a fun romp with three in a bed. I adored the setting of a British stately home and Ms Felthouse's mixing of the old building with contemporary characters worked really well. If you like menage a trois, hot English guys who don't mind sharing and a likeable female lead who is sassy and sexy then Stately Pleasures is well worth a read.

All three major characters are easy to understand, relate and love.
What was missing was a bridge to connect with them. There is not much character development beyond their sexual journey, so I believe there is still room to play with them in a future book.
I could say that Alice got a bit of TSTL moment there as she believed her job situation, but maybe I'm being TSTL because who would have say no to 2 hot guys with kinky minds being single and available? lol

The story plot was very predictable, but the sex scenes were nothing at all.
Each new challenge the characters encountered was different from the other. The book also offered the perfect growth of intensity on the sex scenes. The sexual discovery journey was very believable, where the real life situation may be a bit unrealistic. :)
I did finish this book feeling like I would love to read another book with them.

I have a very clear idea for my reads about the difference between erotic romance and erotica.
IMO and for my reviews, I classify erotic romance as a love story with a bit or a lot of smut,in which the building of a relationship is the most important part of the plot, and where HEA is a must.
I view erotica as sexual encounters that may or may not involve love. The emotions of the couple is not the focus of the plot, but the sexual journey of at least one of the characters. It may have HEA, it may have emotions, and it may have love, but it's not a foregone conclusion.
Stately Pleasures it's a well crafted erotica read, that gave a romantic soul like myself a special present, by giving me a good HEA at the end.
I enjoy the fact that even though Alice new sexual awareness was the main focus, I get to see equality in a relationship of three partners.
I would recommend this book to menage readers and to those that love to get a bit of a kinky ride.

The pleasure was all mine. This book was HOT! If you have read this book or thinking of reading it, you will think the same as me, lucky Alice. Jesus she gets the proposition of a lifetime.
Alice attends a job interview to work at a stately home belonging to Jeremy Davenport. She believes she messed up at the interview, nerves taking over but she gets the call to say the job is hers. Oh it's just the start of her happiness.
Jeremy comes across a little gruff but he's a real nice guy and hot with a wicked sexually appetite.
Alice is doing her best to impress, so when she gets a call to head to Mr Davenports office, she doesn't want to disappoint by arriving late.
Unfortunately she hears something and hovers too long outside his door, that's when she meets, Ethan the security guard, all muscle and drop dead delicious, he comes up behind her and escorts her to another office believing she is spying.
What happens next is hard to believe for her and me and I am not sure why she would have to think about it, I would be on it like a car bonnet. LOL! Alice doesn't see herself as a woman that men would be interested in, she is a curvy woman so her self doubt is never far away, always questioning the why's.
Jeremy and Ethan have certain tasks she must agree to and take part in. It's pretty much blackmail but in a good way.
This story is MEGA HOT! I mean seriously my dreams tonight are going to be off the charts.
Alice's life is on fast speed, first she lands her dream job but it's not a permanent position as she is only covering but still lots of fun to be had while she's there. Then she has the hottest sex of her life with not just one but two men, who can not get enough of her. She is moved out of her flat before she even has time to turn around. Life couldn't get any better but she's going to have to leave eventually and what will happen then is there will be no more working with the two hottest guys on the planet. No more steaming hot sex, no more being look after. Oh I have just depressed myself.
This is a must read, take a look and see what happens to Alice, it will have you squirming.

What can I say about this book other than it is a masterpiece! Lucy’s imagination is amazing. I couldn't put this book down once I started. This story was wonderfully written with some erotic scenes and I felt like I was sucked in to it, which I didn't mind one bit. I couldn't sleep without thinking of these two men. Alice is applying for a job at a Manor to replace a woman who is going on a 9 month maternity leave. What she didn't expect is that her job will turn out to be more than a Property manager. Alice had lead a pretty lonely life but once she goes to work at the Manor those lonely days are over.

Love this book!! The characters are so well written, They are hysterical, loving, honest, and sexy. The story flows smoothly. The inner dialogue of Alice Brown, the main female lead, is spot on. You feel exactly what she is saying/thinking. I wanted this book to last longer because I was not done drooling over Jeremy or Ethan!

The narration by Frankie Holland is truly the only thing that kept me into the book. Frankie helped make the characters more believable and the story more real. It started out ok, but the majority of the book sounds like a 13 year olds dirty fantasies more so than an adults kink. The repetition of the works juices and spunk had me really ready to stop the book.

Alice is a strong and independant woman who is seeking a job. When her boss proposes a limited opportunity, Alice takes it. Ethan and Jeremy give her so much more than just hot, steamy sexual exploration. I loved the interaction and chemistry between the threesome. Full of fun, steam, and even laughter, this menage won my heart and I found myself routing for them. I really enjoyed Alice being a heavier woman and not your typical beauty. Ethan and Jeremy are so supportive and actually give her so much self-confidence. This is a wonderful love story that I could not stop reading.

Stately Pleasures is a sinfully seductive, no-holds-barred MFM ménage. Jeremy and Ethan are both real hotties: different but equally scorching on the ‘scorchometer,’ complementing Alice perfectly. Jeremy is polite but masterful and Ethan is muscular and caring and I loved how they both made the curvaceous Alice feel womanly and desirable and she finds that she can’t get enough of them!
I was very soon invested in their unorthodox relationship and wanted to see it work, desiring a HEA for the three of them. I also liked he fact that although Alice was submissive when it came to sex that equality reigned elsewhere in their relationship and the men never forced her to do anything she did not want them to do – that s not to say that their sexual proclivities did not take her by surprise and tested and expanded her limits!

What a great book! I knew the moment I read the blurb for this book months ago that I would enjoy the heat level of this book. It was TOTALLY SMOKING HOT and I the only thing I enjoyed more was the people and the story.
I found - like some others have mentioned - that the scene outside the office where Ethan catches our Alice to be a little cheesy. Having said that, I think that the author was brilliant to have the book start off this way. As the book progresses, we see the relationship between the three of them go from challenge-buddies to friends (with benefits) to becoming lovers and people who truly care about each other. This progression is so skillfully, beautifully done that having such a classic "cheesy porn" beginning highlights how much things have changed between all of them. Truly, this choice demonstrates the courage the men had to have to use such an approach - which could have so easily backfired - and also how much they really wanted Alice to choose to "play" with them.
I would love to be able to peek into the world of Ethan and Alice and Jeremy a little while after the book is finished - just to see what they might be "up to"!

Stately Pleasures is a very erotic tale focusing on Alice who has been 'blackmailed' by Jeremy and Ethan into participating in their checklist of sexual scenarios, all to be completed within Jeremy's manor.
The scenarios themselves quickly ramp up to very hot. This book delivers on the promise of the genre - hot sex, lots of it, strung together as challenges. I thought that part was clever and worked pretty well.
There isn't a lot of story to pin everything together - it's not a deal breaker for erotica though. The premise for Alice's participation in the challenges is a little shaky - but in the end, this doesn't matter. The guys are sweet and eager, which is a refreshing change from alpha males in complete control all the time. Despite the blackmail, Alice is willing and curious.
Overall, I enjoyed it and I think that I'd like to spend more time with these three. Recommended for fans of erotica.

Wow! I have just finished reading my favorite story so far by Lucy Felthouse and it is deliciously sexy and naughty, just the way I like it. I loved Stately Pleasures and the sexy games the three main characters of Jeremy, Alice and Ethan engaged in. Talk about mixing business with pleasure *fans self*. Alice gets more than a temporary property manager position when she goes to Davenport Manor, what she gets are two gorgeous guys intent on having her submit to them and their list of tasks that have nothing to do with business. Their relationship might have started out as part of an agreement but soon genuine feelings developed between all three of them. I liked that there's no jealousy between the guys and each of them bring a little bit of something different in the relationship. The author did a great job creating likable characters and telling their story in a way that had me wanting to keep reading and rooting for them to admit their feelings.

Soon Alice finds herself living in the Manor and having sex with both these hunky men. The plot is a little predictable when the temp job is about to end the manager decides not to return, so Alice is offerred a permanent position with both these hunks…Lucky for her, the sex is hot, hot, hot, with some kink and a little SM. Well worth the read especially if you like menage with hunky men in a beautiful mansion.

When I first started reading this book, I had no idea what I had gotten myself into. Alice, one of the main characters is a strong and independent woman who just landed her dream job. I really liked reading about her from the very beginning and I couldn’t wait to see where the author was going with the story. I was very surprised when Jeremy and Ethan proposed an odd agreement with Alice. It was a very unique way to start a threesome relationship for sure! But, Alice agrees and does what she thinks she needs to do in order to keep her job. I really did enjoy reading about this group romance, and I really thought the author did a great job writing the different steamy sex scenes as well. I wished there had been more of a storyline, and I felt at times it was just about the sex. It was worth the read though and I am looking forward to reading more from this author!

I liked this novel- but I didn't love it. The basis of this story is that Alice is blackmailed into a menage situation to keep her job and her prospects. As time passes the relationship between the three leading characters develops and the sex gets hotter and kinkier. I found the men a bit one dimensional but still quite engaging, and Alice though more developed was not the most appealing woman mainly as sometimes she had the emotional maturity of a much younger woman, not the thirty year old she purported to be. Despite these issues this is actually a very readable tale. There is quite a lot of sex in it and not all was believable or erotic but much of it was.
This was a quick read and although the story was light, the writing kept me reading and flowed well. Not a bad read at all 3.5/5 stars from me- rounded up as they still don't give the option of half stars.

Alice takes on a job as a property manager for a historic English manor where the owner lives in. Jeremy and his head of security Ethan lure her into agreeing to live out a list of kinky fantasies Jeremy has drawn up over the years. The book takes the reader on a sexual adventure over the course of nine months. Alice is a curvy girl who is somewhat insecure over her size and looks, and Jeremy and Ethan are gorgeous and built - and she can't believe they like her. Over the course of her nine month employment term, Alice's confidence builds and she experiences many sexual escapades. We don't learn much else about the characters as the book mostly just follows their exploits, but its enjoyable and sexy.

This is a very sexy story, so if you're not into sexy stories with a little bit of kink, this may not work for you. Alice was sweet, slightly awkward and likeable, and Jeremy and Ethan were delicious. I loved that all three protagonists were genuinely nice people and that they got along well as their relationship developed. The sexual relationship developed really well over the course of the story, but I would have liked to have seen more emotional depth and development of the characters, as their personal relationship developed. Overall an enjoyable and fun read, and a great diversion on a rainy afternoon.

Yummmmmmmm. So tasty and oh so hot. Lucy never fails to keep me entertained. Stately Pleasures is a story of a 3 in a bed sizzling read. Very well written and an amazing storyline. I loved the fact that Lucy wasn't afraid to use the c word when describing a lady garden rather than calling it her sex. It's so refreshing. The female lead is sassy, smart and beautiful. It's nice to read about a fuller figured woman. The two male leads are hot and not afraid to go after what they want. It's an amazing story which i do highly recommend. If your not afraid of menege trois then this book is definitely for you.

Could it be classified as a yummy book, even though it was full of hot kinky three-way sex? If so, then Stately Pleasures is YUMMY!! The main female character being on the heavier side was more believable, but enter fantasy land of a lot of females with two men and have the descriptions and details written plain and clear. I could not put it down.
As I put no spoilers all I can say is this woman is one lucky lady!

I really enjoyed this book right from the first page. Normally it takes at least half a chapter to get into a books characters and storyline, however this book sucked me straight in. I loved that Alice is not skinny but lovely and curvy and it's very much appreciated. I am so used to reading books set in America that it was fantastic to have a book set in the UK in a stately home, I don't think I'll look at any I visit in the same way! Thank you Lucy this is an excellent book that I would definitely recommend reading!

I shall never visit a stately home again and view it in the same old way!! Is that really what you use a carpet beater for? And taking the back stairs will never be thought of in the same way again either.
