The adventure continues for Diana, her men, and her allies in “Found in Destruction,” the fourth book in M. Bonnet’s Dangerous Lovers dark paranormal why choose? romance series.
At this point, I don’t want to give away any spoilers, but so much happened in this book that my head was spinning at times! I’m obsessed with this world and these characters, and I’m dying to find out how their story ends.
I really love Diana, the heroine. She’s someone that I can relate to, but there are also aspects of her personality that I aspire to have one day as well, such as her confidence and bravery.
Now there’s only one book left, and I’m both excited and nervous to see how this series is going to wrap up. But if you’re considering reading this series, just know I binge read all four books in three days - so it’s absolutely worth the hype!
3⭐️ Although I am still enjoying this series, I did find myself wanting to skip ahead in parts of this book. I’m surprised the plot couldn’t be resolved and that there’s still another book to come—I fear it’s being dragged out.
The characters are still very enjoyable, I'm just not sure there's enough story left to sustain another book without lots of filler.

I really love Diana’s fierce nature so to read her utter devastation over her pēnís parades betrayal as the last books cliffhanger, was very sad. I loved all of their grovelling though, I think Bash has had the hardest time, fighting his incubus nature. Hopefully they have all learnt their lessons anyway. Ahhh Ares….my loveable psycho teddy still remains my utter favourite. 🥰
The story in this one was mainly repairing all their fractured and disjointed relationships with each other again, which was lovely and heart felt. I‘m lovely mummy Marilyn is back and it’s nice to read Luci and Michael are rebuilding their relationship back around her again.
We end this book on yet another tense cliffhanger, however I‘m really looking forward to another battle scene…….onwards and upwards…..
Poor Diana didn't start this book off in such a great place emotionally. Thank goodness for Mal, Oisín, and Michael to help her through her betrayal from ⅘ of her men. I have to say, though, I really enjoyed the groveling in this book. I thought the guys did it in their own individual ways and even worked together at times. There were sweet methods, a lot of determination, and even some very stupid decisions as well, but by the end of it all, there was so much character growth for them and a much stronger relationship between them all, even between the guys since some of their relationships had been on the rocks as well. A lot of eye opening conversations and apologies going on. We even got to see a different side to Lucifer and Michael's relationship. They were long overdue for a change in whatever the heck they had going on.
Although this book focused a lot more on the rebuilding of Diana and her men's relationships, there was still a lot going on. I loved seeing Diana stepping up as a leader and seeing her powers develop even more. Some of it was surprising and I would love to read more about how she is able to do everything she can. She's such a powerhouse and I love it, but I want to know more of the why. Hoping for some answers in the next book as well as an amazing battle scene of some sort between her and Red!
Found in Destruction picks up from where Hidden in Deception left off. You must read the previous three books before this one.
My, oh my! The boys have their work cut out for them, four out of five groveling to make their witchy lover happy with them once more. Love notes, snuggles, donuts, trips, and one-on-one time are the currency used to woo Diana. Ares, Desmond, Sebastian, and Azazel must prove to Diana that she shouldn't throw them all away, leaving only Malcolm in her good graces. Her magical powers have gone wonky, and she has to learn to control them quickly. Their enemy hasn't stopped his attacks in the battle for Hell and won't until he ends the Morningstar's reign. Between planning for the next battle and actual attacks, the loving slowly resumes between Diana and her parade of men. The question remains whether Diana will be at her full strength with all her men at her back for the upcoming confrontation, or will some of them get kicked to the curb for being too recalcitrant?
This book ends on yet another cliffhanger. Consider this your warning that all the yumminess that Diana gets smothered with will continue in the next book. The hot, smexy scenes will return one more time!
Well one cliff hanger for another…man I’m gonna need the next one asap because what just happened!?
I mean a pet of me had a feeling it would be a trap like some initially insinuated but I was kind of hoping it wouldn’t be.
Because dang, this just sets us up for the last book with some big heroics hopefully to happen.
Diana starts this book out trying to run from how her men made her feel. Betrayed. She couldn’t trust them & in turn felt like she couldn’t trust herself because of it.
But eventually her running has to come to an end for her safety. But coming back to the compound is difficult for her too because it’s so hard to be around her men.
Thankfully she does start to open back up & trust a little more but she made them grovel, rightfully so too. What they did….yeah they needed to really grovel.
Seeing them together again was very heartwarming because they are genuinely perfect for one another.
Again, I can’t say how excited I am for the next book. I can’t wait to see what adventures they get into & how their banter will have me laughing through it.
I love Diana, our FMC is sassy, fierce, fiery and has a temper to rival one of her father's - Lucifer. What she also has is 5 men that are each a handful - throw in some pretty big betrayals and you get a whole lot of angst. This book starts with Diana hiding in the past (she can jump through time, which is amazing) from 4 of her loves. I have to admit the first half of the book was hard for me, I'm not huge on holding grudges - I'm more a quick burn, then get over it or cut them out of your life, type of girl. But I'm glad I persevered. Not only could I empathise and understand how big those betrayals were to our girl, I really loved the growth all the characters went through. I felt like this book was huge, in terms of the emotional ground that was covered, the action that takes place and the fantastic ending, that leaves our faves in a bad place thanks to a clever trap. Lots of love, groveling, sibling banter, parental cringe (but also secretly totally cheering them on) and plot development. This is a masterful book and I am so hyped for the finale!
This series have put my emotions through the dang wash cycle. But I will continue to ask for more. This book like the others is filled with action but it still has that romantic side. Unfortunately these men royally messed up and it’s up to Diana to decide if they are worthy of her forgiveness. She should make them get on all fours and she says speak they bark. The dynamic is angsty and has my heart doing palpitations.
While this book might not be as spicy as the others the storyline, the plot is juicy and will have you hooked. I couldn’t get enough and I can’t wait for the next book to come out. I already know this series will become a comfort read for me. I am obsessed with these boys and how internally strong D is!
If you can handle the triggers and want a fantastic read that has sex men, a strong powerful witch, and a plot that has you on the edge of your seat then I highly suggest picking this series up 🖤
This is book #4 in the Dangerous Lovers series and continues straight on from Hidden Deception.
Wow!! I'm left staggering after that cliffhanger!! Another great instalment in this fab series that has kept me intrigued throughout.
M. Bonnet has certainly sent us on a rollercoaster with Diana and her men (Ares, Bash, Mal, Desmond and Azarel) who are all so different, apart from sharing a bond with Diana and each other. I love all these characters and have a soft spot for Lucifer too.
Diana went on the run again as she didn't know who to trust and again felt betrayed. After some major grovelling by her men, she decides it is time to stop running and return to the safety of the compound. Can there be a full reconciliation for them?
I guess we will find out when the final book releases, and I seriously can't wait.
Found in Destruction is book 4 in The Dangerous Lovers series.
First of you should know this book ends on a cliffhanger that will make you want to throw something so prior to a warning to fellow readers. This does not mean this book is not a good read, quiet the opposite, actually.
This book picks up from where book 3 left us, so you will need to read the previous books to be able to keep up with the storyline.
Expect to see a lot of grovelling from Diana's men in this book, after the secrets and betrayals of the previous book. I am glad she forgives them, but they certainly had to work for it.
Another good read. I am looking forward to the next book in this series.
We are almost at the end of the series, and I've never wanted to throw in the towel more than I have with this one. This series has taken me on such an emotional rollercoaster of ups and downs and backs and forths that you don't even know where you're at sometimes with this book. The drama and mystery that lies within is amazing and keeps you so enthralled that you can not put your book down. This book here really tore me to pieces, and I don't know who I feel more for, Diana or her men. All I do know is that M. Bonnet built the angst and drama up in this book that the final book is going to be explosive and leave us with an epic conclusion!!
M NEVER FAILS. EVER. when i tell you every single book is a mix of funny, angst, and AMAZING world building?? WHEW. speaking of, this world M has created is *chefs kiss*. a perfect mix of our world as we know it, as well as supernatural elements. i’m not sure that i’m ready for it to end… ever. the banter between diana and her men is EVERYTHING i strive for in a relationship 😭 on a more serious note, if you’re looking for a series to get you out of a reading slump, beach read, book marathon read, really just read in general, this is the series. any of M’s books. it’s always a pleasure being able to be apart of the community M has created. if i could rate it more stars, i would ;)
This is Book 4 in the Dangerous Lovers series and starts where Book 3 ended. Diana and Mal are staying in a different time away from Desmond, Az, Bash a Ares. This relationship is fractured, and the guys left behind are scrambling to find ways to make amends.
This steamy polyamory romance has angels, devils, gods and plenty of steam. There is a lot of MM action, along with MF, and MFM combination.
We learn more about Lucifer and Michael as well as Diana’s mother.
This was a great plot. It moved fast and the author did a fantastic job showing the intimacy between all the guys and their devotion to Diana.
I first thought this was going to be the last book in the installment, that was my fault. For me personally it felt like the plot was pushed more to the back and focused way to much on the spicy scenes. I got to the point where I had to skip them so I could get back to the plot. I hated how fast the characters forgave each other for major things that happened to them.
I will say the author really got me because when I first started the series I hated Mal at first. He has worked his way up from hate to throughly enjoying his character development. Bash still sucks to me. I hope with the next book it picks back up with the plot more.
In this installment the focus is definitely on rebuilding trust between the characters after the chaos that erupted in the previous book. The thing that I liked quite a bit was the FMC's connection with Michael and Lucy, they really seem to be finding their ground and starting to build that father- daughter connection. Oisin has been wonderful and such a good, reliable brother to the main heroine. In terms of the MMCs... things just dragged here for me. I feel like I kind of lost the connection with them as well as the one they have with Diana. Not quite sure why. As it turns out, I will have to wait until the next book comes out as to see if things pick up a bit.
Did I just throw my eReader at that cliffhanger? No, but dang did I want to.
So I won’t lie, the first part of this book was hard to read, simply because I love all of Diana’s men and I hated them being apart and broken.
My heart absolutely broke for how the guys were dealing with Diana being gone. I felt torn between understanding why Diana was upset and also feeling defensive of the guys. M. Bonnet has built these characters that I love so much, and I feel very protective over them. But once she gets back, the angsts quickly lowers… though it doesn’t fully go away.
So many things happen in this fourth book of the series, building for what is sure to be an explosive fifth book.
This was more plot than spice… but the spice we do get is so great!
I loved how this book start right where the last one ended and that it focused on the guys truly trying to fix things with Diana. ❤ I love the side characters in this story and which we got a little more of Diana's brother and her aunt because both of them seem to have some interesting romances going on! 😉 Outside of that I absolutely love seeing Diana grow throughout this series magically and personally. I will say that damn cliffhanger will be hanging over me until the next book! I cannot wait for it!!😍💕
This is the fourth book in the Dangerous Lovers saga. And I am so upset…I just realized that this is not the last book! I have to wait for the last book to complete the series! Waaaa!! I was so surprised by the twist in this book. I was shocked when I read it. It was not something I was expecting. Although the main characters are so riveting, I would love to see a storyline regarding the minor characters. The books in the series just get better and better. I am so happy to have had the pleasure of reading these books. Thank you once again, M Bonnet for another awesome book!
I saw this series was just about done so I picked it out as the last book, number 4, was coming out in a few days. The story sounded good and had some good ratings. So I started reading and things were going well but by the middle of 3 things were slowing down and I thought 4 would be the big finale and HEA. But then I'm told there will be another book coming. So I set myself up and don't even know when book 5 will come out and I post the thread and hit the cliff.
Again the story is good and I like the characters enough to keep reading, but this book had random drops into first person present tense, weird grammar errors, sentences that had multiple tenses, and some horrible spelling errors. Shwe instead of she, should not make the book. I want to be more enthusiastic. Something usually keeps me from giving 5 stars. Thus far only book 3 has earned a top rating and I haven’t decided to follow the author. I hope that the final book exceeds my expectations.
Found in Destruction is book four in the Dangerous Lovers Series. It picks up where we left off in book three.
I'm glad Diana stood up to the men and made them grovel. After what they did they needed to really make it up to her. She was a force to be reconned with. She made them work for her forgiveness and I'm glad she stood up for herself.
M. did her thing! Man, she sucked me in, well really it's not hard cause I love everything she writes . And Mal chefs kiss forever, my boo. The other boys are great too, but Mal is my most favorite book boyfriend. Really, this is like a 10 star for me, but clearly, only 5 is an option! Dianna is probably my absolute favorite fmc M. Has written I just love her. Not only is this spicy, but it's funny and all-around great read! 10/10 recommend...
I'm addicted. I don't even know what else to say. M. Could literally write about Diana and her guys doing anything, and I'd read it. Like, um, run into the fiery depths of hell, or make s'mores around a campfire. Literally, anything.
This book was everything we expect from Diana and her guys. The first part of the book is a little different, as the men f'd up MAJORLY...but don't you worry your pretty little heart, there's still PLENTY of spice in this one!
This is the fourth book, and has to be read I order. It starts off right where the 3rd one ended, with Diana learning all of her guys secrets and betrayals, except for Mal. Eventually she forgives them, after much groveling and orgasms. Finally everyone is one big happy family, all secrets are out and we off they go to battle Red. Can't wait for the next book!!
This book was amazing, I felt such pain for Az and how Bash had treated him, I couldn't help but also feel for Bash because cmon everyone knew he was possessive and a bit of a B'ass but that's who he is......but that cliffhanger was actually painful!
Yeah…so I figured this was the last book in the series and IT IS NOT! I love this series and don’t want it to end but the cliffy’s are killing me! Diana continues to put up with her men’s BS…but the love they have for her makes up for their sometimes man-child ways. Red is still on the loose and threatening the realms but Damon…well let’s just say Diana rocked his world😂. The spicy scenes continue to dominate (which I appreciate!). The overall there was some great twists in this novel but I can’t wait to find out how Diana’s adventure ends!
Diana and her guys pick up where book three left off. There is much to learn and we see them prepare for what's to come. Also there is the chemistry between the characters which is next level. When we get to that cliffhanger holy moly I what a twist. Next and final book please.
Another amazing adventure with Diana and the guys. Lots of groveling from the guys this time around. Diana learning and mastering her powers and showing everyone how much a kick butt queen she is. But oooooooh the cliffy. Can't wait to see what happens next.
This book didn't hold my attention in the same way the others had so far. Most of it was re-building broken relationships with the side quest of how to defeat Red. The ending though was rough and I'm really curious on how book 5 will take shape.
