Great for Elders!

Strength Training for Seniors Over 60: Short & Simple Muscle & Balance Building Exercises for Men & Women to Boost Energy and Vitality, by Marcherry Garner is a great book packed with information and practical workouts to enable seniors to gain the benefits of strength training. A well researched and a well thought-out book!

Great handbook

Helpful illustrations with a video option opens up exercising for seniors at home. Too much repetitive explanation as with many of these types if books, but you can ignore that and follow the directions.
