"Bob Arnold is a determined fly fisher, who has maintained a camp on the North Fork of the Stillaguamish River for more than thirty years. He now has a home there. He has watched environmental degradation of Deer Creek bring the run of wild summer steelhead to near extinction. He has come to view the hatchery fish as a worthwhile replacement, though his first love remains the wild 'unprocessed' steelhead." ~~back cover
I just couldn't get into this book. It's a pretty technical discourse on salmon and steelhead, and I was hoping it was more essays of various fishing experiences. I abandoned the book at 23 pages.
