So glad for the misdirection and that Mr. S was Stealy. Thought detective/defective was clever, liked how Summer and Morty just miss running into Jerry at the mall, and about how you can steal time. Too bad Rick’s sports betting was ruined, but he gained points with Beth by giving Jerry credit, which was somewhat accurate.
The ending left it to where Detective Meeseeks could have another adventure.

A fun little story. Jerry loses the remote to Rick's Interdimensional Cable TV box and enlists the help of a Meeseeks to find it. The main story turns into a noir parody from the p.o.v. of the Meeseeks who sees themselves as a private eye. They travel to different planets to search for suspects and get beaten up by goons.
The B-plot is Rick using Morty and Summer in his latest scheme selling interdimensional cable TV boxes

The "A" or "B" storyline (depending on how you look at it) featuring Meseeks and Jerry was a pretty good Sin City parody.
