A year-long journey into peace and self-acceptance guided by bestselling poet r.h. Sin.
The Year of Letting 365 Days Pursuing Emotional Freedom is a collection of 365 affirmations and quotes that explore themes of moving on and letting go—whether from toxic family, unhealthy friendships, or broken romantic relationships—on the journey to emotional freedom. Each day will include additional insight and encouragement from r.h. Sin that will inspire readers to put distance between themselves and everything that may be standing in their way of peace.
A must-have for anyone looking to let go, move forward, and become the most authentic and peace-filled version of themselves.
Read this only if you are in the throes of heartbreak and have a history of making really bad relationship decisions. The entire book is devoted to that topic -- trite messages assuring you that you deserve better.
I don't do well with "read/write" daily structures...so I just read it all before the year ended.🥴
It's very heavily focused on romantic heartbreak. There are plenty of ways you can take positive teachings from this book even if you yourself are not going through a romantic loss. Overall, for me, it became to be too much of the same, but I would still say to give it a go if this is a subject you would like to ponder.
