Read this only if you are in the throes of heartbreak and have a history of making really bad relationship decisions. The entire book is devoted to that topic -- trite messages assuring you that you deserve better.

I don't do well with "read/write" daily structures...so I just read it all before the year ended.🥴

It's very heavily focused on romantic heartbreak. There are plenty of ways you can take positive teachings from this book even if you yourself are not going through a romantic loss. Overall, for me, it became to be too much of the same, but I would still say to give it a go if this is a subject you would like to ponder.
