I will update more as I complete the book, but I wanted to get these thoughts down.

I was so excited as one of the very first spells seemed like a great fit for those of us leading a local community pagan group. A spell to assist us in giving the care the community needs and healing ourselves. I was stoked.

But then almost immediately after that every page is giving medical healing plant/oil/vitamin information as if it is fact. When most of what they are referencing is unproven, in limited studies, or just outright bunk that has been disproven dozens of times. I'm not even against generally presenting this kind of information, but not as solid fact. Especially when you are referencing Doctors who have been discredited.
The general ideas, like massage bars for instance, are great. There was no need to reference complete bunk to convince me that a nice massage can make you feel better when you are tense. Things like flower dilutions and Homeopatheic Dilutions. Which I'm sure there are some on here who still believe strongly in, and that's fine if it's presented well. But I would rather have had recommendations on which flowers are good for anxiety than telling me to essentially make complicated water.
So far a lot of this is 20% good useful stuff, all surrounded by some pretty hinky logic that was frankly, a bit unnecessary anyway.
