I absolutely loved this book. I loved the little changes the author did to this fairytale. Once I started reading I couldn't stop.

Snow had amazing chemistry with her 7 mates. Since the second they meet they had an instant connection. I did like how the author didn't rush anything. Snow took her time to get to know each and every one of them. I absolutely absolutely love her mates. They were so possessive and protective while also being super sweet and caring.

Snow herself was so selfless and sweet. Every single person in her town adores her. She has a really pure heart and intentions when it comes to helping others.

My favorite change the author did was not to make the stepmom evil but she made her a love interest instead. I was so obsessed with those two. It's also a nice change reading a book with a nice stepmom.

I loved the ending but I liked the characters so much I would read a couple more pages of Snow, her stepmom and her 6 giant monsters 🩷

I really liked this take on Snow White and the Seven dwarfs. Having a book be MMMMMMFF was not on my bingo card for the retelling, but I'm really happy it turned out this way. I will say for me personally as someone who cannot picture things the fact that the male characters didn't change into a human form didn't put me off like I thought it might when I read the disclaimer in the beginning of the book, i truly forgot about it which I guess is good because it didn't take me out of the story or make me feel a certain way about the guys.
Snow is just like in the movies and book, a good person trying to do as much good as she can, and that's pretty much where the similarities stop (i haven't watched the movie in years so like maybe there's more idk) l loved the way that the FF aspect of the story was introduced, making that part more friends to lovers and then the introduction of all the guys was also done really well, I liked them from the very beginning.
The dynamics between Snow and her partners were fun to watch, i love a why choose when everyone has different dynamics with the FMC and their other people in the relationship. I think my favorite character had to be Sullivan, I love a guy with allergies who are also so sweet. Regina was everything. The spice between her and Snow was so hot and then having the double-sided moment?? 👀🥵🥵🥵 I had to fan myself. The spice in this book was just so good, "Be a good girl and take it" my brain short circuited during that part. I loved this

Snow is a princess with an evil father (the King), who has just married a new young bride named Regina. Snow and Regina become close before Snow has to escape to save her life. While on the rules, she meets 6 wolf-like Lycans who are oddly attractive and welcome her with open arms.

This was a fun twist on Snow White and the seven dwarves, with monsters. I had fun seeing them navigate a unique dynamic - especially with the addition of Regina to the harem. My small issue is the Omegaverse vibes seemed out of place, and the odd combination of "long ago" with modern technology, along with a slight messy ending.

I recommend this if you enjoy fun reads with a mess of tropes that keep you interested - and some hot FF scenes that were a welcome addition.

Alisha Williams has taken on the Snow White fairytale in the Monstrous Twist series, and it was awesome. She's totally shaken it up while still giving us those iconic things that scream Snow White, such as magic mirrors and the apple symbol.

This is a monster romance omegaverse (yes!) that has a modern fantasy setting. Modern fantasy means it absolutely still feels like a fantasy but has touches of modern times just thrown in. I mean, this kingdom has cars, television, and pubs, it's kind of trippy because out of nowhere modern things are mentioned, but I liked it. Besides, that's not all that Alisha had changed, but no spoilers here, you just have to read it. However, I really didn't enjoy the twists she made, it made for an interesting read.

I liked all the characters, especially the guys, they were adorable, and Snow is really sweet, she has a good soul. I can count on one hand how many times I read stories with FF, not something I usually read but the relationship between Snow and Regina was sweet, what started off as friendship turned into something more.

Snow's Sinful Seven was a great take on Snow White. The story had everything I expected from Snow White and some things I didn't but in the best of ways. It was a fabulous read with a perfect fairytale ending. I'm looking forward to reading more from Alisha Williams.

I wanted to love this but it fell short. Somewhere between 1-2 star and the 2 is generous 🥲 I almost dnf’d around 60% but powered through. The beginning was so promising and I don’t know when it started to read like a YA …to the point where it felt cringy.

Snow had to runaway because the king wanted to kill her and stay keep his reign of terror. Regina (step mom) finds out and convinced Snow to escape. In escaping she ends up at a pack of Lycans cottage where they end up discovering she is an omega + their mate.

Was not a fan 🥲

When I tell you I ADORED this story sooo much. I loved the twist on the Snow White story. Outside of it being a monster romance which I always love but how the step mother wasn’t what you expected. And the slight omegaverse vibes!! Everything about this story I LOVED!!! You absolutely have to read this one, if you love monster romance, omegaverse, FF, reverse harem plus a retelling aspect, you will LOVE this!!

Snow White x Monster Romance? Not something that I would usually pick up, but hey, don’t knock it till you try it! This was a fun read and surprisingly less spicy than I thought. Some group activities were involved but not the MMMMMMFF that I was thinking of… I do have some questions logistics wise, but my imagination will have to do for now and not all questions are meant to be answered 😆

I really enjoyed this story and I thought it was such a fun fairytale retelling!I loved all of the characters and how well they all meshed together! This was a quick read and I wish I had read it slower so I could have spent more time with these characters! Overall I really liked this story!

I adore Alisha's writing, but this whole genre is definitely not my jam. If you enjoy shifted and humans, Fairy tale remakes, and FF, I think you would enjoy this one, it is just not for me. I gave it 4 stars because her writing is on point as always, I just couldn't get into this type of book no matter who wrote it. If it is your style, I recommend giving it a shot!

I received this as an ARC. A short yet spicy novella that was perfect for spooky season!!! This story follows Snow & her seven love interests. I loved the dynamic that blossomed between Snow and Regina despite them both being in difficult situations because of Snow’s father. I also loved all of the lycans, but I think sweet Brady might have been my favorite by a tiiiiny bit. He was just so shy and loving. Gabe was hilarious with his grumpiness and I loved Henry’s personality. I love how all of the men mirrored different dwarves from the original fairytale. They all had unique personalities that made it easy to identify who was who. I knew Max was going to come through and boy did he!!! I’m so glad her dad got the end he deserved, especially after finding out what actually happened to Snow’s mom. I wish this had been a full length novel because this story was so good.

Forget Everything You Think You Know

This was a very unique retelling of a true fairytale classic with just the right amount of what we know & love thrown in, yet also having such an original & new feel to the story. I mean you can’t have Snow ending up with 6 lycans (definitely no dwarves here), yet also ending up with the misunderstood stepmother (definitely an unexpected twist right there) without feeling like you’ve entered into a whole new realm of possibilities. And believe me, after reading this, you’ll never look at Snow’s step-mother the same way again, or the whole story actually lol. I loved the blend of modern & fantasy that Alisha gave us, because it means we got the best of both worlds & it was the perfect balance, but since we had “monsters” involved, fantasy kind of had to be a part of the equation 😉 (we even got omegaverse thrown in as an extra bonus). I loved the sweetness that Snow had, but I loved that she was so strong also & willing to fight for her people & those she loved. Then there was Regina, and I never thought I’d be rooting for the “evil” step mother, yet here we are, because this time around she was just as much a victim as Snow was. My heart hurt for her, and seeing the friendship, then more, that grew between her & Snow, just made me smile (plus they were hot AF together 👀🫣🥵). Now the guys, they were so freakin sweet (I think Brady squeezed ahead of everyone just a liiiiiitle bit though 😝), but they also knew how to set Snow’s soul on fire 😉🔥 I loved that Alisha gave them personalities that nodded to our beloved dwarves, yet still made them feel like new characters (how? because Alisha’s brilliant like that 😝). Take all these amazing characters, throw in an evil King, plenty of twists & turns (including what happened to the 7th lycan), plenty of moments that will set your pages on fire 🔥, a kingdom to save, and getting to watch true love conquer all…and you get the fairytale retelling that you didn’t know you needed, yet somehow Alisha did. This was a fairly quick read, and if you love fairytale retellings with multi POV, monster romance, FF, a bit of light stalking 😝, fated mates, humor with a side of sarcastic banter & bickering, omegaverse (including a heat, knots & bites), & all with a modern fantasy vibe, then you’ll wanna go ahead & grab this book as quick as possible. Definitely one of my favorites in this series ❤️❤️❤️

This had the potential to be so much fun.
But it was just too inconsistent.

So much of the dialogue and set up, read more like a YA novel. Simple, dumbed down, and cheesy at times.
Then you would get the out of the blue F-bomb, or ‘shite’, comment, etc. Could have ignored much of that, but the story itself was much the same.

Moments that were too juvenile or simplistic to be believable (making herself at home in a strangers place), while other parts were written with a more adult style (talking about penises popping out, growers not showers).

Plus the lack of any scenic details at all. The best we get is a basic description of characters, that’s more about flat colours (pale skin and raven hair, black fur, red, white, etc., and occasionally eye colour).
We’re told they are wolf like, covered in fur, with pointy ears and snouts.
Yeeeaaah, that is just too basic, especially when Snow kisses one on the nose.
What type of nose? Big, small, wet…?
Particularly with how it was phrased, like kissing a human.
Then are the thoughts about wanting to kiss, HOW?

Add in the incongruity of a medieval setting, combined with modern references (cars, phones, torches, and so on), without the world building to explain it all, or make it plausible.
Old fashioned cottages with modern bathrooms and plumbing (how).
References to magic and other races (but no more than that).

So, so, many inconsistencies, and continuity issues.
Plus Snow is juvenile and naïve, I just don’t picture her as a sexual interest. She’s also very flat and predictable.

I liked the guys much better, even the stepmother (though she’s only 1 or 2 steps above).

There’s no real romance, only fated mates cheat around. Snows reaction to the guys is only physical, though the author try’s to pretend otherwise. But simply saying it’s so, doesn’t make it believable.
At 59%, nothing has happened beyond that one chaste kiss, and an occasional, offhanded comment regarding scented arousal.

There’s also some grammatical and word errors, combined with repetition and explanations that aren’t needed, that just come off as cringe.

It’s all too young and too shallow.
It would be so much better if we were told it’s incomplete and still awaiting a beta read through.

When you told me Snow not only got her 6 monsters but also Regina in the end as well, I could not pick up this story fast enough!

I love all of these tales because they are such a beautiful twist on the classic fairy tales that I grew up with but the twists are all crafted so creatively that no one is the same from the previous. What I loved about this one was the fact that Regina was not necessarily the Evil Queen you saw in the movie or even the TV Show (OUAT was one of my FAVORITES so I loved the name here!). Sure, she had a sly side to her but she was so different and unique and her relationship with Snow was a new take on the fairy tale itself. The Lycan mates to Snow were also so fun. Not outright characterized as the dwarfs, they certainly shared some of the same personality traits as the original dwarfs along with the same job. I loved how as the reader you got to see more interaction between the lycans and really got to see their personalities. They certainly were a headstrong bunch comfortable in who they were and it was nice to see that come out as well as how they interacted with Snow once she managed to find them. I also really enjoyed how accepting they were of the growing relationship between Snow and Regina, which made the scenes with Snow's first heat really fun to see on page.

What really drew me to this story was the fact that it wasn't the Queen that was evil- it was the king and let me tell you, Snow's father was downright nasty and cruel and the secret that comes out at the end blew my mind. Having watched and read this fairytale as a kid, I certainly wasn't expecting the king to be the main source of all problems but man did I love it! I also loved how all of the secrets came from the magic mirror and that the twist on how that was brought it and the magic itself was so fresh and unique.

This series of tales just keeps getting better and better and I can't wait to see what world we stumble upon next

Alisha Williams’ Snow’s Sinful Seven is a sexy steamy and darkly intriguing retelling of Snow White, blending fairytale elements with a modern reverse harem romance. The story follows Snow, a strong-willed protagonist, as she navigates the dangerous and passionate dynamics with the seven sinful men who take her in after she intrudes their home.

This book is for people interested in retelling stories with a why choose trope & a mix of lgbtq. I loved how well played this book was wrote & how everyone was evenly matched in the immersive romance.

I would say, it had focused more on the steamy side more than the romance side. I usually prefer stories where romance leads up to the steamy scenes but we see a mix of both but not much romance. While the premise is intriguing, the story sometimes relies too heavily on tropes, making certain moments predictable.

Additionally, the pacing feels uneven some sections drag, while others rush through emotional beats that could have been explored more deeply. Character development also takes a backseat at times in favor of steamy scenes, which may not work for readers looking for a more balanced romance.

Overall, Snow’s Sinful Seven is an enjoyable read for fans of omegaverse and reverse harem dynamics, but it may not be for everyone. If you’re looking for an emotional, slow-burn connection, this book might leave you wanting more. However, if you’re here for a high-heat, fast-paced story with a dark edge, it delivers exactly that.

Spice level - 4/5

Plot - 3/5

Romance - 3/5

Snow’s Sinful Seven: Fairy Tales With A Monstrous Twist by Alisha Williams is an exhilarating contemporary paranormal why-choose omegaverse that captivates from the start. Snow is on the run after uncovering her father’s deadly plan to eliminate her and secure his throne. In her quest for safety, she encounters a formidable pack of alpha Lycans who recognize her as their destined mate. With her mates at her side, Snow embarks on a thrilling journey to confront her father and reclaim the kingdom.

This retelling of Snow White is nothing short of spectacular, blending sweetness with intensity. Snow's character shines through her inherent kindness and compassion for her subjects. While the Lycans might be perceived as monsters, the real villain is her father. In a surprising twist, her stepmother, Regina, emerges as a kind and nurturing figure, leading to a beautiful friendship that blossoms into love.

The narrative is laced with unexpected surprises and captivating twists that will keep readers glued to the pages until the very end. Williams masterfully weaves elements from the original tale with romantic intricacies, intelligently omitting the traditional wicked stepmother trope.

If you adore contemporary paranormal romantic fairy tale retellings featuring fated mates, Lycans, found family, and themes of why-choose, FFMMMMMM, along with a sprinkle of magic, you will absolutely love Snow's Sinful Seven.

I really enjoyed this unique take on a Snow White retelling! Williams' choice to use lycans and omegaverse was absolute genius, especially with how she translated the stereotypical dwarves to the lycans in question. Throw in the FF relationship between Snow and her step-mother (no spoilers, just read it!) and Williams definitely had my attention.

Now, I won't lie, I didn't know there was such a thing as a monster omegaverse, but I think Williams may have converted me on that front. Will it be something I read often? Probably not, but I feel this is definitely a great introduction into that wider world, and I'm so glad that I picked up this book.

Now, I was a bit caught up with the addition of modernity to this story, but at the same time, it worked for the narrative. Go in with an open mind - in many ways - and you'll be thoroughly surprised by the story.

I loved that each of the love interests were unique, but as always with a why-choose story, you can't ask me to pick a favourite! Each of them had a reason to be loved, and they all complimented each other perfectly.

I definitely loved the twist to this retelling - again, makes Williams' take incredibly unique. A great, quick read that has you turning the pages, and is a fantastic entry in the shared world.

Thank you to the author and the Fairytales With a Monstrous Twist team for the eARC opportunity. These are my honest thoughts that I have provided voluntarily.

Lycans and their corresponding lore names and fur colors ::

Doc- Dallas. Leader. Dark Grey.
Sneezy- Sullivan. Brown.
Bashful- Brady. White.
Grumpy -Gaby. Black.
Happy -Henry. Light grey.
Sleepy - Sterling. Red.
No Dopey-Thank you Oden! — instead we have her STEPMOM lol jk she’s like 4 years older than her and a lesbian and her stepmom in name only and like for a month - anyways that’s Regina. We love her.

Review:

This was cute and a very easy read
It also did not have any relationship building it relies heavily on the fact that they are faded mates and you’re just supposed to acknowledge it and realize they will instantly be in love and so the constant time jumps are kind of annoying
You are told about things that they have done in the past to become closer, but you don’t actually witness any of them

The space was OK
There were definitely moments that I was like oh that was a pretty good scene and other times where I was like I wish we would’ve had more and not told about it in passing

The father character didn’t make a lot of sense however I absolutely loved the fact that the village was there for them when they needed them so that was really nice

I will read more by this author, but I’m just hoping that in another book instead of having 400 pages of nothing we get some sort of substance mixed in to that romance

MISS ALISHA WILLIAMS HAS DONE IT AGAIN!!!!

THIS IS PROBABLY MY 8 OR 10th BOOK IVE READ BY ALISHA AND SHES THE QUEEN OF THE REVERSE HAREM WITH A SPLASH OF FF ROMANCE.

This story is a Snow White retelling with a couple twists and turns that are deliciously woven into this story.

Snow and her sexy Queen Regina and her sexy Lycan men had me melting and smiling everytime with how cute and sexy they were to Snow.

I loved everyone having their own personalities.

I definitely needed this durning my time of need to get me out of my depressive funk and Alisha Williams got me out of it with this book.

The spice is: delicious and sassy and sweet.

The story is so adorable and I wish Snow had her own four book series so that the story could continue on because THATS HOW GOOD ALISHA WILLIAMS WRITES.

I would recommend this book to anyone now I have to go back and read the beauty and the beast retelling.

THANK YOU AGAIN ALISHA FOR THE ARC COPY 💖💖💖💖💖

This was a different take on Snow White. She was a princess and she lived a great life until her mom passed away. So it was just her and her father the king. She didn’t want to be around him at all but sometimes she didn’t have a choice. Her father was getting remarried to a woman a little older than Snow. Her name was Regina. She didn’t want to marry the king but her parents made her because it would be better for the family. They got married and she pretty much kept to herself which she was grateful for since she didn’t want to be with him at all. Snow found out that her mother left the kingdom to her on her 21st birthday and her father wasn’t having it at all. Regina found out and told Snow because they became friends. Regina helped Snow run off and she ended up getting lost in the woods and she found a cabin. She knocked and no one answered so she tried the door and it was open so she went in. She ended up falling asleep snd she met the owners the next day. Her life changed for the better. She was confused at first. Alisha wrote another great book.

Great Monster Omegaverse

This book is such an amazing take on Snow White but with monsters and an omegaverse! So good. Snow is trying to figure a way to get away from het father who is horrible. When she sees her father marry Regina, who is being forced to marry him to help bring themselves power and sees how miserable she is, Snow befriends her. They end up getting really close.

Regina finds a mirror and when she gets close to it, an image shows up on it seeing some things that could happen to Snow. She tells Snow that Snow needs to leave.

Snow doesn’t want to leave Regina behind but knows needs to get safely away. While on the run, Snow finds a cabin and makes herself at home .

Six Lycans come home to find Snow there and realize some things about her when they see her. So much happens in this story and such a great take on a classic. Don't want to give too much away but read this if you like RH with some FF involve and monsters!

I really enjoyed this spin on the classic Snow White tale. Williams is one of my favourite authors for FF relationships and this is no exception as the relationship between Regina and Snow really felt like the heart of the book. The Lycan characters were also engaging and mixing the classic hallmarks of the fairytale with omegaverse really worked. I would have loved more page time with some of the MMCs as the focus was really only a couple of them but for a short read there is still plenty of character packed in.

My interpretation of the star system;
3 stars - I enjoyed it; would read the author again
4 stars - I really liked it; I am invested and definitely want more from this author/series
5 stars - I loved it; I engaged with this book completely until I finished it and it is one I will re-read

So this retelling was interesting and with a bit of a twist....that is the stepmom is a love intrest....Hmmmmm never saw that coming....
In general I love my monster romances with a lot of spice, and I mean A LOT. Sadly this one was on the lighter side, but overall I really really enjoyed it. I kind of liked that, this monter romance was more of a romance and actually a story with a plot than pure erotica , lustfilled , little plot full s3x story. I loved all the mates, but I fell in love with Gabe! I found Snow a bit childish and bratty, but her sassyness was so refreshing.
Truth to be told, I wanted a more extended scene of the king's ending , and a bigger epilogue but.....It is recommended to be read when you are alone and please do keep in mind, it is a fairytale retell with a twist and that twist include monsters as love intrests(and more than one!)

Finally a book with FF but one of the females is part of the harem and has no interest in the guys, just the main female..

I wish it was longer. I just feel like there was a lot missing that left me wanting. Definitely would have benefited from being a duet and having more drama instead of it all coming to a head towards the end and everything being solved so easily.

Also felt like there was a lot of revelations at the end that would have benefited from seeing more come of them... Especially considering how crucial they were to the story. They made the story really interesting but then nothing really came of them. Complete dead ends which was honestly a bit confusing and disappointing. Almost seemed like it would have been better without the "holy shit" moments.

Overall I really liked it.. I just wish there was MORE of it because it made it feel too rushed.

interesting concept that unfortunately failed on delivery

I read this entire series, and was really looking forward to each author’s retelling of fairytales. This re-telling oh Snow White started out interesting, but after spending time on one avenue with characters, the next set of characters and circumstances that never tied into the others just couldn’t keep my interest. The FMC is 20 year old who has never lived outside privilege and wealth, plus is as innocent as a babe in the woods but we’re supposed to believe that six male monsters are her mate and are patiently waiting for her to come into heat (which she knows nothing about, just accepts what they tell her and what she learns on the internet?). The characters are 2 dimensional, although I liked the wolfmen, just wished this was a better story.

If there was ever a fairytale that needed to be retold and had the perfect making for a Reverse Harem story, it's Snow White and the Seven Dwarves. But for this retelling, Snow isn't weak. Her stepmother isn't evil and the seven dwarves are actually 6 Lycans. All complete with the mirroring personality traits of the dwarves from the fairytale.

If there was one clear favorite, it has to be Brady. He's just so sweet and adorable. He's the perfect Bashful. Henry's personality shown throughout the book and it was just so easy to love him. But all the Lycans were great and you can see the love they have for Snow and the book shows off how protective they are of her. While, this was a short book, you can see the relationship develop and strengthen as you read each page. I especially loved the twist of Regina not being an evil stepmother but rather a great "mate" to Snow. Absolutely loved this book!

Fun fairytale retelling 😄
I really liked this spin on the Snow White tale, the plot follows the story pretty tightly overall - except in this case the Stepmom is in the harem and her biological father is villain! Fun little twist 👍 in a standalone this size the author does well to give you a flavour of each of the characters without the fleshing you would have over a larger single book/series 😌 it’s great that these are Lycans as monsters (not human shifters) so it really works for those monster lovers 😛 especially tied in with all the omegaverse tropes that this book has, it’s a hot little read!

Snows Sinful Seven☺️

Snows Sinful Seven is a Snow White retelling whereby Snow is the princess of her kingdom but the kingdom is suffering under her father, the King’s rule. When he remarries, Snow and Regina become friends, which deviates from the original. Regina discovers Snow’s life is in danger and helps her escape😳

Suffice to say she finds herself in a large cottage and soon the care of a pack of Lycans❣️Snow will soon discover truths around this that she was unaware. I’m not one for usually reading anything FF but with the reverse harem aspect it wasn’t bad, just not my cup of tea. Enjoyed getting to know our various Lycans though😍 I think everyone needs a “monster” in their lives😉

Wow! I loved this book. I read it in one sitting, and it just flew by. I was hooked from the first page, and I really liked how Snow and Regina came to know each other, and how their relationship developed. I fell in love with each of the guys immediately, and I loved how protective they all were. I especially liked Gabe and his grumpy, but so loving heart.

Even though this was a short story, and a quick read, I felt like the story was really well developed, and all of the characters had amazing personalities which was easy to tell a part from each other. The storyline had me on my toes, and the spice was amazing as always ✨
