I Love It Love It Love it... Nene Capri pen game never ceases to amaze me, her books are like riding on I75 no matter where you get off there will always be some drama, good sex, and a boss involved..Tainted is one of those Books that had me on the edge of my seat with my stomach in knots unable to focus on anything else....And She added an extra treat in there for us which left my mouth wide open..I totally recommend this book, these new characters mannnnnnnn, where do she come up with these folks..

Tooooo slow
This story is moving entirely too slow for me. It’s like nothing is happening and the things are happening is not entertaining. All the girls are weak asl and damaged. I don’t understand y raven would go back to her dads house even with him being sick? I had to do so much skipping to finish the book, I will read pt 2 only because it’s already out and I wanna see if the story gets better. Please let it get better. And make these girls stronger because their weakness is killing me softly. I do love bre though even though she got some stuff with her too, but she was the only female character that had some kind of personality. The whole book was about them losing their virginity I got tired of hearing about it.

Great storyline! While the girls each had their issues, my heart really went out to Breonni & Raven. Glen was sick for what he did to Raven...Bishop was insane for how he treated Breonni. I thought Long was a stand up guy for helping Breonni & allowing her back in his life. This was a good read & I'm looking forward to part 2

Four couples, four different pathways to love...will their friendships survive or will their bonds break? This story has so many twists and turns in it. It starts out with four girlfriends who make a pact to remain virgins until prom night. Although they made the pact one of them breaks that pact when she hooks up with the man of her dreams but doesn’t let the others know until prom night. Even though the girls are young they still know want they want, and the guys are there to protect them as much as possible for the things that go wrong. As they get deeper into their relationships each couple starts to grow apart from the others. For many reading this book will relate to many real-life situations going on in your own life or remind you of someone you know. To be able to draw real-life situations into a story line and make the outcome as smooth as possible is a talent not many authors have. Some situations in this book had me reading with tears in my eyes. Nene Capri did her thing with this one. I can’t wait to read the next part to this book. I give this book 5 stars.

This book was absolutely one of my favorite series this year thus far. The author did her thing in this first book of the Tainted series. Once I started I didn't want to stop. The couples in the series are all young and in love. They go beyond the call of duty for each other. There's love, drugs, drama, comedy, and murder in this series. There's something for everyone to take from it. Right now Naseem is my favorite male but all of that can change in a blink of a eye. I love how he take control of his relationship with Katina. I love how she goes hard for her man. Raven and Flint is dealing with Raven crazy ass daddy. Shawn is dealing with a situation that causes him to go into a dark place therefore he can't be the man that Jovonna needs him to be. Breonni and Long is trying to get themselves together. So one click and pick your favorite couple and enjoy this read. You'll not be disappointed.#4 The Reader N U#

"Tainted' ended up being a good book. The beginning was a little slow but the more I read the more I enjoyed. I expected more from the book. I was curious to know more about Naseem and his brother's past relationship because I wasn't very clear on their past. I loved the relationships between the young ladies and their loyalty to one another. I adored the relationship between Naseem and Katrina, I felt he was perfect for her but she was still very young and innocent. I hope there will be a 2nd book because I am very curious to see how this story ends with these young ladies and the men in their lives.

I have read all of Nene's work and this was was just as good also. I loved how she brought in different people out from her Pussy Trap series. I loved how Naseem and Katina relationship was. He treated her so different to me, but he loved her just the same. The only couple in the book that I didn't care for was Shawn and Jovonna. I t seems like he was using her to the end. I didn't like what Raven's dad Glen was doing to her, but I'm glad Flint caught on to it, and let her move in with him. I can't wait to read part 2 to see how everything plays out. I hope Kayson makes a appearance.

Loved the Characters
I truly enjoyed reading this book. Nene you are surely making your way into my top crew of authors. It's clear that YOU love what you do and that you care about your readers. All of your books are well written, and make you fall in love with your characters. This is how you show development of characters that make you want to keep getting to know them. I rate this book 10. Can't wait for part 2. Want to know what happened to Katina & Naseem, Shawn & Jovanna, Breonni & Long and Raven & Flint. Much, much drama in this book. I predict a lot of killing. These girls are young and in love with street guys who are real men. Shawn is the weakest link and slowly killing everything Jovanna has (self esteem, etc.).

Wow that was a pager turner.It had me from the beginning to the end.I couldn't put it down.I thought it was cute how the relationships started but every one goes thru things.I can't believe how it ended I'm mad Nene left me hanging like that lol.Cant wait for part two

Another good novel by a great author. I loved this book. I loved the relationship between Katrina and her 4 best friend from teenagers to adulthood. They each had their own problems and new love interest but their friendship never took a back seat.

What a great book! I read this in 24 hours, which is unusual for me. All of the characters were well developed and so interesting. I liked the bond that they all shared with each other. I can't wait to start on part 2.

This book was what I needed to get me out of that book funk I was in. The storyline, the plots, the characters were off the chain. NeNe Capri did it again.

These four girl have had to deal with so, so much. I feel really bad for Raven, Breonni, I do hope it gets better. Loved this book.
