Wow ich hätte echt nicht gedacht, dass mich dieses Buch so begeistern würde! Hat es aber. Deshalb hab ich die gut 500 Seiten auch in weniger als 2 Tagen verschlingen müssen 🤷🏼♀️ aber die Seiten sind einfach nur so dahingeflogen und dass obwohl ich ja bekanntermaßen nicht der größte Fan von Erzählern der dritten Person bin.
Ich hab eigentlich nur zu diesem Buch gegriffen weil ich Lust auf das Setting hatte, hatte aber nicht erwartet auf was für tolle Charaktere und was für eine gefühlvolle Liebesgeschichte ich hier treffen würde.
Klasse fand ich auch die "Lebensweisheiten" des Opis Elmer zu Beginn jeden Kapitels und den Familienstammbaum am Ende des Buches 👌🏻
Das Buch hat einfach voll meinen Nerv getroffen, ich war quasi nonstop am schniefen, lachen oder grinsen. Ich konnte mich einfach so gut in Will und vor allem in Cameron hineinversetzen und der Humor der beiden war grandios 👏🏻😅
Auch wenn mich mein SUB schon jetzt erschlägt müssen wohl oder übel ganz bald die nächsten Bände dieser Reihe bei mir einziehen, denn ich hab jetzt schon - ganz ähnlich wie Cameron - Fernweh nach den Green Mountains und der gesamten Familie Abbott.

All You Need Is Love is such a lovely small town romance. It captured my heart and made me wish I lived in Vermont!
Cameron is on her way into Butler, Vermont to pitch a website design to the Green Mountain Country Store at the request of Abbott family head Lincoln. Unfortunately, none of his ten kids are on board with propelling the store into the modern times with online commerce. They all believe the store is doing just fine the way things are. Cam desperately needs to land this job in order for her company to survive, and is determined to give a great pitch. She never counted on falling in love with the quaint town, charming and family or Will Abbott. Will Abbott is ruggedly handsome, supremely thoughtful and firmly entrenched in his life in Vermont, running the store with his family. Cam can’t resist this caring and sexy man but how can things ever work when she’s bona fide city girl? Her business, friends and father are all in New York so Cam’s afraid to give into her intense attraction, fall hard and then go home nursing a broken heart.
Will has loved and lost a girl to the city before and isn’t eager to repeat that experience, but Cameron is too tempting to resist. She’s so different from the spoiled city girl he thought she would be, and the fact that she sees the rare beauty of his close knit family and the business they’ve put their heart and soul in, touches him to the core.
I adored this romance! I’ve read a few small town romances that were a little disappointing lately, but All You Need Is Love met my expectations completely. A small, beautiful town I’d love to escape to with friendly faces, delightful and quirky secondary characters and a big loving family I want to be part of were just a few of the things that charmed me. Will Abbott tops my list: he’s kind and chivalrous without even thinking about it, and loves his family fiercely. No wonder Cameron was a goner! Cameron was pretty wonderful as well. I’m happy that Ms. Force didn’t write her as the typical snooty city girl who learns what’s important by coming to a small town. Cameron already knew the importance of good friends and a supportive family even though she was definitely lacking in the family department.
I loved that Will and Cam didn’t let the obstacles they faced blank out the possibilities, rather they let love in and worked things out.
“If you fall in love with me, Cameron Murphy, I’ll never let you go.”
Each was willing to make a sacrifice to make things work. And wow! Their romance was steamy! Lusty kisses and more made my pulse race!

Malo kvalitetnije napisan ljubavni vikend roman s obilatim ljubavnim scenama... :) Prava knjižica za kiosk izdanje... Ovakve knjižice se štancuju na tone među američkim autorkama zato lično preferiram irske i britanske autorke koje po meni bolje pišu ljubavne romane... :)

Really sweet book and I loved the drama-less read!
The characters were damn nice and they had great chemistry, you could see them evolve throughout the book.
Why not 4/5 stars? It didn't really make me cry/laugh/hug my kindle (although that might me by fault, I was pretty moody). Plus, it was a bit too long, if it had maybe 30 pages less it'd be perfect.
Still, it's worth reading if you're looking for that fairy-tale book.

Cameron ist Webdesignerin in New York. Weil es um ihre Firma nicht zum Besten steht, fährt sie voller Hoffnung nach Vermont, um dort einen neuen Auftrag an Land zu holen. Sie soll dort für einen familiengeführten Laden einen Online-Shop entwerfen. Will, der Sohn des potenziellen Auftraggebers, ist gegen einen Online-Shop. Wird sie ihn umstimmen können? Sie fühlt sich zudem sehr zu ihm hingezogen...
Mein Leseeindruck:
Schade, ich muss leider sagen, dass ich eher enttäuscht als angetan von diesem Buch bin. Ich hatte mir eine schöne Geschichte fürs Herz erhofft, bekommen habe ich allerdings einen halben Porno.
Ich habe nichts gegen Erotik und Sexszenen in Büchern, aber wenn sie irgendwann die ganze übrige Handlung lahmlegen, nervt mich das irgendwann.
Leider war das auch bei diesem Buch der Fall. Dabei fing die Geschichte richtig gut an! Ich mochte den Anfang sehr, und auch die Entwicklung war schön.
Doch ab einem gewissen Punkt können Cameron und Will an nichts anderes mehr denken als an Sex, der dann ausführlich beschrieben wird und wiederholt wird... Sorry, aber das ist nichts für mich. Ein bisschen mehr (andere) Handlung wäre schön gewesen!

3,5 solide 🌟 für diese ganz süße Geschichte.
Eigentlich passiert hier wenig Überraschendes, die Liebesgeschichte zwischen Cam und Will ist nicht wirklich außergewöhnlich, aber insgesamt wird die Geschichte schön erzählt. Ab und zu vielleicht ein wenig zu kitschig, aber das war für mich nicht weiter schlimm.
So richtig toll ist diese ganze Vermont-Atmosphäre. Man fühlt sich sofort zu Hause und schließt auch die Familie Abbott sofort ins Herz. Die einzelnen Charaktere sind wirklich klasse, und tatsächlich haben mir Wills Geschwister fast besser gefallen als er selbst 😅
Ich denke schon, dass ich die Reihe weiterverfolgen werde, da sie als lockere, leichte Unterhaltung für zwischendurch super gut geeignet ist 💕

Ich habe das Buch abgebrochen.
Mir persönlich war es einfach zu gewollt und nicht authentisch genug. Alles hat gekünstelt gewirkt und dieser typische Schmacht-Moment wie bei den Liebesfilmen hat mir einfach gefehlt. Die Idee war gut und da ich knapp die Hälfte gelesen habe, bekommt das Buch von mir 1,5 🌟

Wow was für eine süße und gefühlvolle Geschichte.
Am Anfang hätte ich nicht gedacht, dass mir das Buch so gut gefallen würde, aber wow, es hat mich dann einfach umgehauen.
Alleine die Tatsache dass es hier um 10 Geschwister geht finde ich unfassbar faszinierend, dann spielt natürlich auch die Gegen in der die Geschichte spielt eine Rolle und ich habe hier wieder ein Buch gefunden bei dem ich gerne an den Ort reisen wollen würde.
Auch die Charaktere fand ich super, jeder der 10 Geschwister war für sich etwas besonderes und ich freue mich schon von den Geschichten der anderen zu lesen.
Am Anfang hatte ich etwas Bedenken mit Cameron, aber das verflog sehr schnell wieder.
Das Buch konnte mich sogar an einer Stelle zu Tränen rühren.
Ich kann es nur empfehlen, auch die Vertonung ist super.

I absolutely loved this Green Mountain Story by Marie Force. Stat! Someone get me a Will Abbott and pronto! I cannot wait for the rest of this series - since there are 10 siblings, I am assuming 10 books.
Cameron Murphy, city girl, is on her way to propose an online presence to a family store in Vermont, who is happy as pie staying in the ice age of technology. What she didn't expect was running into the town moose and wrecking her brand new car the night before her presentation.
Will Abbott comes to the rescue, taking Cameron into town and learning of his father's little venture in bringing this beautiful girl into his life.
This book is fun, easy flowing, sexy and swoony. I not only feel in love with the hero and heroine - but the entire family. Makes this city girl want to pack up and move to Vermont! I loved, loved, loved this book! Four and half stars for a great start to an awesome series!

4.5 shining stars! Marie Force is my go-to author who always leaves me with a big smile on my face. She has a way of creating such wonderful and endearing books.
This book is very charming and sweet. The Abbott family members were so much fun. I wish I could crawl into this book and hang out with them and maybe even get to see Fred! This is the perfect book if you are looking for a sweet romance with the right amount of steam and equal parts funny moments.
Sidenote: Hannah and Nolan's story is next and I can't wait for their story and Hannah's greatly deserved HEA.

3 bis 3,5 Sterne. Ich fands wirklich süß und vor allem das Setting und die Atmosphäre konnten mich begeistern 😊 Die Familie Abbott ist auch ganz goldig und ich habe mich zwischen den vielen Geschwistern wohl gefühlt. Die Story an sich ist jetzt nicht total fesselnd gewesen oder so und auch die Lovestory war zwar ganz niedlich, aber mehr eben auch nicht. Es plätscherte ein bisschen vor sich hin. Mir war es stellenweise vielleicht sogar etwas zu viel Kitsch, auch wenn die Autorin bemüht war, die Figuren noch einigermaßen vernünftig agieren zu lassen. Die Andeutungen auf weitere Couples in späteren Bänden macht mich jedoch auch ein bisschen neugierig 😊 Ich muss mal schauen, wann und ob ich hier weitermache, aber ausschließen will ich es nicht, dass ich das bald tun werde.

So ein schönes Buch, das so viel Wohlwollen und Liebe enthält.
Nicht nur Cameron hat sich in das schöne kleine Städtchen Vermont und in die Großfamilie Abott verliebt, sondern ich mich auch.
Aber wenn man dieses Buch liest kommt man gar nicht drumherum. Ich werde bestimmt noch mehr Bücher aus der Reihe lesen, um von den Geschichten der anderen Familienmitglieder teilzuhaben ❤️
Nicht nur Cameron hat sich in das schöne kleine Städtchen Vermont und in die Großfamilie Abott verliebt, sondern ich mich auch.

Marie Force hat den Charme von Vermont einfach unglaublich gut eingefangen und in die Geschichte rund um Will und Cameron eingebaut. Ich fühlte mich sofort pudelwohl in dem verschneiten Dörfchen und genoss es, die Protagonisten zu begleiten. Die Sprecherin des Hörbuchs war mehr als perfekt für die Story und ich konnte mich, sowohl dank ihr, als auch dank der heimeligen Atmosphäre wunderbar fallen und treiben lassen. Für das absolute Highlight fehlte es mir dann aber doch noch ein wenig an Wow-Effekt; aber alles in allem sehr unterhaltsam und mitreißend. Ich freue mich auf Band 2 der Green Mountain Serie. Alles weitere zu meiner Meinung gibt's » hier « nachzulesen.

Super schöne Geschichte um New York City Girl Cameron und den rustikalen Will, voll von schlagfertig Dialogen, ganz viel Gefühl und einer tollen Familie mit liebenswerten und einzigartigen Persönlichkeiten.
Obwohl der Ausgang etwas absehbar ist hat mich das Buch begeistert.
Macht auf jeden Fall Lust auf Urlaub im idyllischen Vermont und das Sonntagsessen bei Familie Abbott.

Vermont is so much more than she expected.

A nice way to pass the time. A problem was the heroine had a guy’s name. It distracted me.
It’s a cozy-family-small-town-romance. No suspense, mystery, or bad guys. It’s just a girl comes to town to do a job. Immediately she and he are drawn to each other. They don’t want to be apart. They are so happy together. We spend most of the book getting to know the guy’s family and the local townspeople. The big conflict at the end is when her job is done and she goes back to her home, what will happen? How can they be together?
It’s good for reading on the train, or on short breaks. It’s easy to interrupt and pick up later. You might need to suspend disbelief. Like she’s short on money and can’t meet her payroll, but she buys a new car to make a business trip instead of renting a car? She lives in New York City. It’s too expensive to own and keep a car there. She buys $400 boots? But I was ok going with it.
There were a few sex scenes. They were I’m-in-love-with-you-sweet.
My main complaint is the heroine’s name is Cameron. Throughout the entire book almost every time I saw that name I would think “a guy. Who’s that? No wait it’s the girl.” It was so distracting. It kept taking me out of the story. Authors: Please don’t use a guy’s name for a girl. It’s ok if the name is more generic. But this one doesn’t work.

This is book #1 in the Green Mountain series. The large Abbott family has ten good looking single brothers and sisters. They live in a small rural town in Vermont. Sequels will be romances for the siblings.

Okay, wer dieses Buch freiwillig auserwählt hat und beim Kauf das Cover gesehen und Titel und Klappentext gelesen hat und dennoch entschieden hat, das Buch zu erwerben bekommt wahrscheinlich auch genau das, was er auch erwartet. Nur so kann ich mir die vielen 5-Sterne-Bewertungen erklären.
Es handelt sich um das wohl handlungsärmste Buch, dass ich jemals gelesen. Die Protagonisten lernen sich auf ca. Seite 10 kennen und sind von da an einander verfallen (auch wenn sie das natürlich erstmal leugnen). Sie schmachten sich ca. 300 Seiten lang, bevor sie endlich Sex haben, das dann aber fortan bei jeder Gelegenheit. 200 weitere Seiten lang ist alles ganz furchtbar tragisch und kompliziert, weil das Landei nicht in die Stadt ziehen will und die Großstadttante nicht aufs Land. Schmacht schmacht. Sie zieht doch aufs Land. Ende. Sonst passiert nichts. Keine wirklichen Hindernisse, Dramen, Unfälle, Krankheiten oder böse Menschen. Alle sind gutaussehend und furchtbar nett. Das ganze spielt sich sehr realistisch innerhalb von 6 Wochen ab. Am Ende Friede Freude Eierkuchen. Aber keine Angst: es ist der erste Teil einer mehrteiligen Reihe!

When I chose All You Need is Love I thought that I was in for a fluffy and sexy ride. What I got instead is a sugar coma that bored me to tears.
The things that didn't work for me:
1/ The main characters. This was a major issue because as there is no plot they are supposed to carry the book but I couldn't care less for them. For me they were just plain uninteresting and despite several hot scenes there was no chemistry at all. Their relationship was tepid at best.
2/ There were too many incoherences in the website business and the way the heroine manages her company, and don't get me started with the end. *major rolls eyes*
3/ I liked the idea of the big family (the hero is one of 10 children), unfortunately to the exception of very short bits and pieces now and there that potential was unexploited and some of the interactions didn't sound natural.
