Good ideas that are up to date for today's digital world
Great ideas and written in a fun and easy to read way. I definitely learned a few new nuggets by reading this book. And I like his energy which almost makes you want to start working on his suggestions right away -- which is a good thing. Note that this book seems to focus mainly on children's portraits as the examples for marketing. I do believe that you can use these techniques in other photography niches but you'll have to use your Imagination to see how it could work for real estate, high school seniors, head shot and other types of photography.
This was a refreshing change from other marketing books I've read recently that spend more time Marketing the book than actually giving helpful advice. The recommendations in this book are specific and direct. I can't wait to get started!
Not too bad! I give it 3 stars merely because I rarely find self-help books especially engaging, but it is pretty informative, it hits bullet points fairly easily and with a succinct and professional style.
I look forward to implementing a couple of these myself! It was helpful.
