Great information on working with others. However, was a bit drawn out and dry. But it is also kind of like a text book. If you work with difficult people this will be helpful to read.

Very good content but very heavy in the “psychology” of things and it does read like a textbook. Maybe that is to be expected but in reading the sub-title you get the sense that it would be a little more interactive and not as dry.
